Very complete and excellent super recommended service.

Excellent hotel for the price. The dining room is okay. You're better off having a big lunch meal downtown or "Poblado" area close by. The hotel offers good security and the front desk is quite responsive. The beds are very confortable and the washroom is clean with a nice big shower. A bit far to the excellent metro system.

Friendly team, they are happy to help you for reservations, recommendations or any request. Their included buffet for breakfast is great: fresh juices, fruits, arepas, eggs station, cheese, etc. The restaurant — for lunch and dinner — is decent but service is slow and quality/quantity varies day by day. Our room had a view on the city.

I love everything about the building. Decor with cultural history… Amazing. View… stunning. Breakfast… marvelous. There hospitality however was not. As a woman of color I am used to being confused for help or having problems with service but this hotel was particularly on top of there descrimination game. I had three different people ask me for my room number to make sure I was a guest. Left after one night. In addition the place was hard for Uber to find.

Great breakfast, friendly staff and nice rooms. The hotel is everything you would expect and pretty easy to reach from the airport without having to go through the whole city and the amount of traffic queues that would include.

Phenomenal facilities with trendy decor. From our first arrival the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Alejandro, made a point to accommodate our request for Fútbol tickets. He explored every price range and the benefits of each. He then went and picked up the tickets for us knowing we didn’t have transportation. Everyone remembered our names and made a point at breakfast, reading on the terrace, or walking through the lobby to ask about our day. Truly accommodating in every sense. The room on the 11th floor had an amazing view of El Poblado, the beds were fantastic, and the black out curtains were a plus. I can not stress how wonderful of a stay we had. Gracias por todo.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. Breakfast could be more varied but it is delicious.
The staff at the front desk and the resutaurante are very ambles. I would definitely return.

If a person comes to visit at night the hotel automatically charges you around 40 dollars even if they arent gonna be sleeping (made up policy). My friend's speaker was stolen from the room. Dont recommend. We only stayed 1 day out of 4 days we were scheduled to stay.

It is a link very beautiful and more to share with your partner, you have very good places to eat even that you lack to finish.

This is a very well located hotel, by the entrance of Castropol in the village sector. The rooms are nice comfortable with the complete basic services. A good restaurant and very friendly people. On arrival they always offer you water, coffee and seasonal fruits. Modern and attractive decor. A good place to rest…

Very good breakfast. And service to the rooms. I suggest opening access to the main thoroughfare, as the taxi drivers do not locate them.

This is a beautiful hotel with helpful staff. We stayed in the Grand Select room on the 7th floor and the view was spectacular! Loved our stay there. The location is also ideal. It is a little removed from all the touristy areas, but only 3 mins taxi ride. So we appreciated the calm and quietness of the location. Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay there if/when going back to Medellin. Highly recommended!

You will be charged half the room rate if you meet a girl in the city and bring her back to the room. Also the bill is all in pesos, and difficult to understand and the staff will not explain it to you.

Nice modern hotel. Walkable to restaurants. The gym is not really a gym, just two treadmills and an elliptical machine and the kitchen door is right behind you. Good place to stay for the price.

The view from hotel and location are great but since it is less than a year old there are a few things that need improvement. Bar runs out of drinks quickly, breakfast set up is a bit awkward, and food was very average. Also a tip. Remember your cross streets as most cabs don't know where this hotel is located. Very clean rooms and staff members are pleasant.

I thought this hotel is great. Mostly due to value. Loved the ample shower. In room tub. Nice bed and ample room with nice corner window views. The restaurant has great views and ambiance. It is amazing that the hotel has so many areas with an outdoor design and open air ambiance. Of course medellin being the eternal spring city weather. I missed checking out the gym here but I'd think it is great. Tbd. Service staff were amazing. Location seems a weird street but also seems a bit border residential area. So it's good too.

Charming! It is a unique hotel in Medellin, the restaurant has a view of the city, its rooms, called to the rest, its gastronomic offer is very good as is the service from all the staff. I loved the location, this one across the entrance to the Neighborhood of the Town of Castropol, I saved all the traffic of the golden mile.

Excellent, very comfortable, beautiful, clean, excellent attention, I recommend it.
