Do not use this hotel very bad service
I paid for a room for 6 days and when I arrived they told me the my room was not available and if I wanted I could get a room that was under construction?!?!? I ask why they said cause I didn’t make it on the day of my reservation!?!? I paid for 6 days and they still rented my unit to someone else! Am so disappointed at this hotel made my vacation the worst even when I had paid for my stay.

Excellent location and layout of the entire hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The service of the staff is very good especially those who take care of breakfast and Daniela reception.

Cute but unkempt, most of the rooms are inside the court so endless but good to sleep, nice restaurant on the terrace roof. Great location near the central park.

Nice design, but the industrial theme with it's grey concrete floors and walls seem an excuse for limited cleaning and upkeep. Found hairs on the floor, toilet broke down and in general the finish of the rooms is rough (ao cracks between walls and floor, which bound to collect dus and dirtyness). Perhaps worst, the nice bar on the 6th floor is rented out in the evening, and because the hotel is completely open the music from is extremely loud and can be heard throughout the building. I was on the 3rd floor and felt like I had an abusing neigbour with the music all open. It stoppen just before 1 in the morning, which is just not nice if you're jetlagged and want a good night sleep. Overall a shame because the set up and design of the hotel is very well done, but cleanliness and quietness to me are more important than a nice picture.

Very nice and stylish hotel! Delicious breakfasts! The best thing about the hotel is its location! Very close to the park and has a restaurant — bar on the very nice terrace with good atmosphere.

Quite a cool hotel, very industrial looking with dark wood, metal and concrete rooms, in a great location in Poblado. The look and feel might split opinion but I liked it. The rooftop bar was very cool, great G&Ts on offer and good views. The music at the bar can be loud and clearly heard all over the hotel (I was on the floor below) but it was never on too late so not a problem. At check in we were told we had to wait to 3pm exactly, they wouldn’t check if the rooms were ready slightly earlier which was a bit annoying. Generally the front desk was helpful. I visited on two occasions during my trip and had different experiences on both. The first was good and generally no problems — I had several good nights sleep in a large comfy bed. The second was a Saturday night and it highlighted a few issues — there’s no sound proofing in the building, walls between rooms are paper thin and you can hear the outside like you’re in the street, this lead to an awful nights sleep as the parties outside were going on until the early hours. The shower was also cold, no matter how long I ran the water and the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. There were some elements of tired decor (one of the blinds didn’t work for example) but no big problem. Good location, and elements of a nice hotel, but you could probably find better.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. This hotel is very clean and the people are very nice and will help with anything. The reason I gave the hotel 3 out of 5 stars is because of the additional charges. If you have a guest in your room, no matter for how long they charge $45 Usd for each person. For 1 hr and 10 minutes of guest in my room I was charged $45. This was my 4th time staying here and the other 3 times they didnt have this charge. I will never stay here again. You can go around the corner and stay in a hotel just as nice for about $35 a night and $8 for guest. Its ridiculous that you have to pay almost the price of the room for a guest.

The Hotel is located in front of night clubs. Very Nice and comfortable. Good Breakfast.

My experience was pleasant. One block from Parque Lleras and one block from the Poblado's Park. Besides The house burger is exquisite. Breakfast included. Only you hear a lot of noise from the other rooms.

Design. Rooftop with stunning views. The top!

Limited hot water. Lottery on if it will work. AC works 60 percent of the time. Staff refused to change rooms. Music plays loudly in afternoon to produce a mood of young and hip. Makes it impossible to nap midday.

Good breakfast in the morning. The hotel rooms are decent. There is some showing of wear and tear. The staff was pretty good. Birma in the kitchen is phenomenal and very attentive. The decor is super rustic contemporary. The roof area pretty much is a club in the evenings. There isn't much insulation from sound or proofing of the rooms. So just be warned to bring your own ear plugs if your sensitive to those types of things.

Excellent location in Poblado near all tourist attractions. Very hipster style, recommended for entrepreneur or American Style way of living. All rooms are well equipped. The staff is 100% focused on help you in all your needs. They not do money exchange. The rooftop in 6th floor have a bar and a fusion style restaurant. The breakfast is included, they serve the famous Paisa. In four times in the city, Art Hotel has become my favorite option and I can call it my second house.

The rooms are a little dark. The attention is very formal and friendly. Excellent decor… quiet atmosphere… excellent breakfast included.

Hotel is okay, check in was slow as they were training a new person but they didn’t explain much about breakfast or any local sights. The key card didn’t work so they gave a key in the end. Breakfast was okay, just very noisy. Windows are like paper so you can hear all the music and people talking in the bars opposite. Good location for parties not if you want to chill out.

I came to visit and I was only in the lobby. The atmosphere is super nice and modern. Very much visited by foreigners. Minimalist, modern and very urban decor.

Pritty hotel but only death persons will enjoy give 5 stats. You here everything from the nighbours. If they go to the toilet you wake up …

Clean and nice. Friendly staff and right in the heart of an active good and shopping area. Very easy to get to and around town from here. Very safe area.

Nice modern hotel with superb terrace but noisy, very dark rooms and staff not very friendly.

Wouldn’t stay again. The space was clean enough but not impressive for the price. My colleague and I felt awkward in our interactions with the staff. They didn’t tell us much about the property upon check-in and they couldn’t use the card we had on file to charge both rooms, which seemed strange. I’d rather stay somewhere that had a better value.

Hotel with modern concept have bar restaurant on the terrace with good dishes and cocktails good view of the pink area from its balconies.

No better attention. They had the parking lot rented and had no agreement with any parking and did not inform when the reservation was made.

A nice place, cozy very bn located in the area the village, minimalist and to appreciate the art in its splendor with exhibitions that are made constantly.

A 3 star rating doesn’t reflect how beautiful the hotel is. It’s a great design with a terrific bar on the roof. The pic is from the roof. It’s also in a fantastic location if you want to be right in the middle of the social action. The room I had was very small though and very poorly lit. Breakfast was average — mostly continental with just a few hot offerings. Also not a great choice for young children as the railings on each floor are very low and it would be quite a fall!

Beautiful lobby and rooftop area. Rooms are quite dark and plain though, ours had no window to the outside. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed for several weeks because of the holidays, which no one told us before or during checkin. Staff also seems unorganized at times.

Comfortable enough although they advertise 54 rooms with balconies, where in fact there is only 4 that I saw Also never sign a blank chit, there tried adding on extra charge.

I loved the industrial concept the touch of the rooms, every detail, in the service all in time very outstanding guests requirements always friendly and their food was good a preferred site of the hotel its terrace, good for a few cocktails and evening.

Deplorable SERVICE! We stayed two nights and this property does not even deserve a 1.0 but that's the minimum score. The hotel is very far from being a luxury hotel, the rooms have no window and even less hairdryer. The staff is very poorly trained: we were asked every time we went out or returned the room number, they should work their visual memory. Moreover, they are not honest: Foreigners in Colombia do not pay "IVA" or VAT, it is moreover a strategy of Colombia to attract tourists. For the second night we did a check out and a new check in on behalf of my French companion with change of room, explaining that we wanted to benefit from the VAT deduction (€80 the night in Colombia is a bit too expensive for a hotel that looks like pl us at an inn), however they just did an extension of the initial reservation in my name (dual nationality), at the time of check out we therefore paid all and in cash because oddly the payment terminal no longer worked. We asked to talk to the manager, but they just ignored us to look after other clients.

Good style of decoration, I was on the 5 floor and heard a lot of noise from the terrace and the drain, as it is loft style and are the outside and are heard every time they download.

A beautiful hotel, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is wonderful.

I am staying with my girlfriend, so maybe this comment doesn't apply to everyone. Unfriendly staff, really really slow internet (less than 1Mb), dirty rooms, not so cheap. Wouldn't reccommend, even though it has a very good location.

Awesome staff, nice rooms, bathrooms look great but are small and not well built. The art was fantastic and the location was really good, the only complaint-and I knew this going in so I'm not really complaining — the great location comes with a lot of noise all night long from outside. Enjoy it if you are into the party scene, if you want to go to bed at an early hour, move further from Parque Lleras.
