It's a nice hotel. The employees are very friendly and help you with anything. Room service, laundry service are available. There is also a bar, swimming pool, a small gym and a Turkish bath. It's in the center of Medellin. There is also a restaurant and a lounge next to the reception.

The best hotel I've ever been to! It takes all the prizes, attention, location, food. The pool on the terrace that good detail in short, a super spectacular place thank you for such a splendid attention.

It is a good and clean hotel.

The attention on the part of the buttons is execlleable, pity is not equal to that of the restaurant staff.
The breakfast menu does not offer many options.
Its location is very central, but you can also hear a lot in street noise.

Price performance ok, on large, busy street. Very strenuous and friendly, standard but at best average (no air conditioning, simple windows, therefore quite noisy). Better to go to the hotel in time, in the dark and later it becomes more dangerous. In some places/places in the central area more police march, but caution is required. In terms of tourism, the country and the city are not very developed. This is exciting or sympathetic, but also brings with it corresponding "inconveniences".

We were a group of 6 (3 rooms) and stayed 4 times in 2 weeks. First time, check-in was very very slow and took over an hour. Other check-ins was fast as they prepare the documents in advance of our arrival. Airport shuttle service was great and the hotel offered us one free pick-up and one drop-off. Staff was friendly and very helpful (except the restaurant staff! ). Tried their level best to communicate to us in English. They took care of our luggage in the store room for a week and we really appreciate it. Bellhop service is also great. They carry all our luggage to our rooms with a smile :) Breakfast — Disaster. They took long time to serve your food. It's not a buffet and you are not allowed to serve yourself as we used to everywhere. The staff is not friendly at all and I was very very uncomfortable with them. They through a serious look at us and DENIED bluntly when I asked a refill (I didn't know that it was not a buffet). Staff in the restaurant are very cold. I couldn't find drinking water on the table. You have to ask the staff. A la carte is below average. Service is pathetic. They mixed and served vegetarian soup with chicken and pork. And the whole dish doesn't come at one time. Coffee is very plain. We called it as "Coffee flavoured milk" Minibar — Yes, it does exist, but unplugged and LOCKED! LOL. Locker in the room is locked out. We can not use. Fan is funny and it's rotation is away from beds.

Very good location and very nice hotel.

Cozy place. Close to parks, shopping malls, restaurants and the most important tourist centers in Medellin. It has parking, restaurant, Bar and meeting rooms for events.

Great place! They make you feel at home, totally recommended.

Quiet Place the food is good and not so expensive good place to share.

Historic hotel located in the center of Medellin. For many years, artists and athletes, especially cyclists, have stayed there when they have come to visit Medellin. It is beautiful inside, its rooms are spacious and has exclusive parking. Their bar in the lobby is wonderful and their restaurant on the second floor also.

I was in the auditorium, the space is not distributed bn, the bathrooms smell like sewer. Has parking while in the event.

Good food. Option for lunch in the city center.

If they put heater in the pool it would be fabulous. Very economical for the public force.

Excellent location in downtown area, safe to walk to the metro station even at night, price is good. However, this is a very old style hotel, they provide their services like how they did it in the old times. Breakfast is ok as included in the room rate. For dinner in their hotel restaurant, I tried it once but I would rather go down to streets for fast food. Don't bother with their restaurant for dinner.
