There are some basic service issues with this hotel and the Outside BBQ facility was filthy. Room was spectacular, but despite numerous tries I couldn't get bottled water or the room service and yes it all was communicated in Chinese. Also the room was not ready when we arrived.
➜ The overall experience of the two-day accommodation is mostly satisfactory. The level of service is a profession. It enjoys all the conditions the resort should have, and has a small view of the corner of Thousand Island Lake. Whether from the guest room balcony view, or outdoor pool, there are no mixed people or things, very comfortable. Although the outdoor water project is not fully open, perhaps because of the low season guests. But it doesnot affect the accommodation experience.
A stock of white soup fish head is really good, soup is not fishy, fish meat is delicious. Compared to breakfast food is inferior.
Small deficiencies, room ventilation is not very good, every entry always has a strange taste. The breakfast restaurant staff is a little cold and unactive. In addition, the whole hotel has a very many children, inevitably will meet the bear children, do not be affected by the mood as well.

The only good part of this hotel is the "VIEW", other than that, it is just a local hotel. Kids running and chasing each other in the dinner buffet restaurant, and the restaurant staff were just stood there… like they were waiting for the accident. It was a terrible experience staying in this hotel in late June. It is a big hotel, but it was truly a puzzle. Even the hotel worker got lost in the hotel they worked for. If you are looking for a "INTERNATIONAL" 5 stars hotel in Qiandao Lake. This is not your choice!
