I stayed in there for 4 days in Summer, but this hotel is looking forward to staying in the fall. It would be awesome to stay here in the fall. Actually, the room is pretty old, but like four seasons, room management seem to be doing incredibly well. (But, wouldn't it be better to have a Bluetooth speaker rather than an iPhone dock? ) And among the hotels I stayed in China, The Ritz-Carlton Nanjing had the best staff, now this hotel has been added. Most staff can speak English, so it was really great. Chinese restaurant Jinsha is also one of the reasons to go to this hotel in Hangzhou. Warm-hearted servers will treat you perfectly well. (Special thanks to “Bonnie at Jinsha and Dazy at WL bistro”)
