Been there for 2 days. Very nice place, Service is very good. Receptionist was very helpfull. Local or foreigner, this is perfect place for stay in wenzhou.

I was here for a conference for 3 nights.
Everything was perfect and they equipped the room very well, so you only need to bring your clothes. They offer a lot of services, like doing the laundry. Swimming pool and fitness room is included as well. Really nice garden where you can rest and walk. Huge variety of food at the restaurant. Super kind staff and receptionists! Big ball rooms that fit the conference and welcome dinner nicely!
I would definitely come back for vacation since this is quality beyond European standards for this price.
Can be better:
The room can be hot and the air conditioning was I think only working in the bathroom (? ), also the window could only be opened barely.
