Really friendly staff that spoke great English. The courtyard and back garden have a nice vibe. Very affordable for backpackers visiting Dali. We had a 3 sleeper room which was clean and included a heated blanket. Very nice to have during winter!

I booked two rooms in trip. Com and the checkin time according to the site starts at 12 pm.
We arrived to the hotel at 1.40 pm and our rooms were not ready. The receptionist almost didn't speak english and we could't do the checkin.
Nobody told us anything, so finally we decided to go for lunch and for sightseeing.
We received a message at 4.00 pm that our rooms were finally ready (4 hours later …) so we had to stop doing tourism to do the ckeckin and to get some rest. Moreover, we went to the hotel at 7pm and again there were misinderstandings to get the room.
