My parents, children, and their friends—about 25 people in total—stayed here for a month during the summer. The owners were wonderfully kind, especially with the children; they genuinely cared for them and always looked after their needs.
The atmosphere was welcoming and made us feel completely at home. The rooms were cozy and spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor dining area.
We didn’t take many photos of the place because the kids were having so much fun—we were too busy running after them! The owners also kept beautiful flowers that made the surroundings even more charming.
The property is right in front of a stream, in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood that is still very convenient. It’s just a short walk to the ancient town of Dali, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Overall, it was a truly memorable and comfortable stay—I would highly recommend it.
We had a nice stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived late, and one of the staff walked us to a solitary restaurant that was still open. He didn't just give us directions, he walked us there himself :)
Rooms were a good size. Comfy bed, good shower. Located a short walk from the old city walls.
There is a washing machine you can use, you can hang clothes on the rooftop.
Wifi wasn't the best. Even by Chinese standards it was hard to use!

Absolutely filthy. Moldy and Dusty. 3 days! without cleaning, first night I had 3 stripes of toilet paper and had to get some from the reception at 10 pm after I arrived!
The rooms on the first floor are in a hallway so if people are loud you cant sleep.
No heating just heating blankets for the bed. No cup for your toothbrushes either.
I wonder where all the good reviews are coming from.
