Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi

Good and friendly service. Good facilities with great kids room including scheduled activities such as treasure hunt, air hockey, table football, pools and spa. Rooms are nice and clean although the design is a bit outdated. Really nice food but busy for breakfast buffet. Like the fact it also had complimentary afternoon tea, snacks and supper. Good location with shops and food around.

Special flavor about cherry 🍒 duck 🦆 dishes you can try it, especially duck congee and soup 🍲 shouldn’t miss these two dishes, besides there is hot spring park nearby ~!

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Yilan Jiaoxi, and my experience was fairly average overall. I appreciated the hotel offering me a room on the highest floor and a one-hour late checkout.
Pros:
* One of the highlights was the private hot spring in the room, which made for a relaxing stay.
* The hotel provides both afternoon tea and a late-night snack, which were nice touches.
* The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful but still close to the bustling city center, making it very convenient.
* It’s also a family-friendly hotel, perfect for those traveling with kids.
* The staff's service attitude was excellent, making me feel well taken care of throughout my stay.
Cons:
* The room felt a bit small and dated, which slightly detracted from the overall experience.
* We tried the two-way roasted baby duck, and while the crispy pork was delicious, the duck itself didn’t have much meat, which was disappointing.
* The view from the window was nothing special, so don’t expect any breathtaking scenery.
In summary, the hotel has some great perks like the private hot spring and friendly service, but there are areas for improvement, especially regarding the room size and the quality of some food items. It’s a good choice for families, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

Location is the top feature of this hotel. Hotsprings in the rooms are just the same as other hotels tho. Place is clean and targets families customers.

During my stay, I like the hotel's excellent location right next to the night market and shopping area. The breakfast and desserts were decent, though not exceptional. The swimming pool was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the room was clean and comfortable. However, the hallway carpet was in poor condition and definitely needs replacement. Overall, it was an average experience with some room for improvement.

Great service. Delicious breakfast. Interesting and cute area. Welcoming kind staff. Comfortable rooms. I definitely want to come back. I enjoyed the sparkling water dispenser. Thank you for having USB-C cable for me to use. Definitely recommend!

Top notch services; highly appreciated the assistance and service provided by front desk staffs especially, Ms Jennifer Lin 練貞伶 and Mrs Lin 林錦瑩 during the stay ; my younger son wasn’t feeling well during the whole stay, nevertheless, Jenifer and Mrs Lin go above and beyond to offer attentive care to make our stay at ease.

Love hotel location which near Jiao-Xi train station as well as bus station. Hotel also offers shuttle bus to and from train/ bus station (booking required)
Hotel also all guests complimentary afternoon tea (starts at 2:30pm to 4pm) as well as supper (9:30pm to 11pm). Food selections are limited but really great idea to offer these.

An awesome view on the 15th floor. The breakfast was okay, they cater mostly for local tourists and not for westerners, the only western food there was, the cereal and fried stuff like, chicken nuggets and French fries. Maybe they don't get that many westerners. I understand. They have too many waiters in the dining hall, like 7, it's not a big dining hall, the other part of the dining hall is separated by a sliding door. I have been too many up scale hotels in Taiwan, the breakfasts are the same everywhere. I hoped Four Points' breakfast would be different. Overall a very nice stay in this hotel, I must compliment them for their very friendly English service 😊. Thank you.

Great hotel. We have a family suite. Nice onsen tub, toto bidet, and a big patio. The hotel offers an afternoon and an evening snack hours.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Large rooms well equipped with hot tub,
The pool is and gym are very enjoyable. The restaurant serves a delicious roasted duck that is definitely to try.
The personnel is professionnel and friendly.
