Dirty room, old beat up furniture, terribly inefficient front desk (20 min to check-out) as they couldnt reverse the deposit charge or print a receipt. The security to enter the hotel is similar to an airport requiring baggage scan, ID scan, etc. Always a line of angry people waiting to get in. Urumqi was very hot but they turn off the AC in the middle of the night and wont turn it back on until 10 in the morning. Insanity! Wake up all sweaty everyday. There was simply nothing good about this hotel. I would give zeros if they let me…
