Superb view from 30th Floor it's incredible.

For the price you pay, this place is decent. The rooms and toilets are small but they are clean. Staff are friendly and polite. It's close to the shopping areas and restaurants.

The location is very good if you are in the city for Expos. It's very close to the Sniec. The staff speaks very little English. The room is not bad but has no closet! Breakfast not included.

Very bad hotel with no hospitality, no mini bar or refrigerator in the room. They don't eveb replace daily toiletries and clean dustbin daily. Bad hotel for the price.

BUDGET HOTEL FOR SHORT STAY Located near the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, it is just behind Laya Plaza a mall full of brands. The rooms are basic as per the standard IBIS structure. Breakfast is more of Chinese with the savior of Bread and butter as always. One drawback is that they do not give you fried eggs / omelette for breakfast but do have boiled eggs. There is no restaurant at the hotel but you can check with the reception and they can help you order food online, even at wee hrs. Lobby is good to relax with a library just in case you are waiting for someone to pick you up. Taxi can be called by informing the reception. Room has all the basic facility. Laundry can be done at the gr floor on per kg basis but under observation. There is Carefore just bank opposite this hotel which is very useful for day to day items and also hosts good chinese joints at gr flr level for those who can facny eating the same. KFC, Burger King and Mac D is present near this location at walking distance. Family Mart is just one block away and is handy for last minutes needs. You can have the option of eating Indian food, two blocks away in a restaurant called The Mint Leaf which is located in a mall by the name of FOR. Its 25mins by taxi from downtown area and just 5 mins away from exhibition centre. Hence this is a good location if you want a budget hotel and have to visit the exhibition on dailiy basis. Overall an average experience.

Rooms are smaller size than requirements maximum 2 people can accommodate, need some more chairs atleast 2 chairs in room, Staff is very helpful though they don't understand English… All important shops are nearby to the hotel. Indian restaurant at 1.5 km away from Hotel. rest is okay.

I have been in this hotel from 6 March 2018 to 10 March whereas our booking was upto 11 March. But we left one day before and payment not returned for one day… No laundry service at all. Customer should collect the clothes from there room to reception and collect the clothes from reception without iron if needed iron do yourself in laundry room… Even iron is not available on room service basis… On breakfast food was on table without there name… don't go on pic on site. It's totally different from pic which they mentioned on site… My experience was too bad with this hotel. It's like a paying guest house… It's not worthy with their room rent at all. It's not looking as a chain of international hotel or 3 star. Cost benefit ratio is 0 for this hotel.

Rooms seem clean and tidy, interior decoration has a lot of small details to repair, counter service staff is lackluster. Advantages of good location, near the shopping malls can eat.

Needs a Little better upkeep and eye for detail … hand shower in the shower cubicle in my room was leaking during my stay … couple of bulbs in the room were non functional … service was good staff were helpful.

Rooms were very small. First room I stayed in was nice and clean but the second room had pretty gross bathroom, and the flush didn't work very well. The laundry machine was clogged with tons of powered detergent, and the service was not great. It was passable, but not for the amounts of money they charged.

Small, not clean, unkind staff and small bleakfast. Cheap price and good place around of horel but I don't want to recommend this Hotel.

5 mins walking to a Indian restaurant. Good business hotel. Clean rooms. Buffet breakfast is available. Have to pay extra 29 RMB if you book room online. Very close to shopping mall, banks, and restaurants. But rooms are too small. Bathroom is small but sufficient for a business traveller. Not recommend if you are two people carrying two big luggage bags each. If one person traveling alone then this is a very good hotel.

I booked a room via cx holiday, however, they have no my booking record. I don't know which party should be responsible for that. The room is clear but lack of maintain, one of the bathroom door is missing and no one cares. I did complain it to ibis hq and waiting for their response.

A very typical Ibis in a convenient neighborhood. You can find lots of shopping and dining places right opposite the main road. However, there seemed to be some people living in the hotel for long term. They would hang their clothes along the corridor and their kids ran around. Felt quite wired.

Not so good hotel, but enough for sleeping after walking all day long. The receptionist can not speak english.
