Amazing service, room and bathrooms clean all the time! Free laundry which is soo good!
The people that work here are amazing!

Excellent location: on a shopping street, near the metro station "People`s square". A classic modern hostel.

Nice hostel, kind staf. Everything was clean and tidy. Great value!

Good location, it easy to go anywhere in people square road.

The room is a bit small but very nice, clean and fully equipped. The TV is very big. The toilet is clean and beautiful and the toilet has an automatic flush sensor.

We enjoyed the hostel. We stayed there four nights and everything was clean and sufficient. Good deal for the price.

I went just on a roof bar, great atmosphere and view:) ) ) easy to find!

We did not stay in the Hostel but visited the rooftop bar.

I had such a great stay at Hi Cozy Youth Hostel!
First of all, the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming.

First visit to Shanghai, stayed in a room for 2 males. Nice communal area, quiet vibe which suited me well.

The place itself it’s a nice one, I think the problem is who manages this place. I felt they don’t care as much about the place, the service or to put in effort.

We had a double room here. The air is super wet, no chance to dry your closed. Since most of all guests are living in common rooms, it's noisy at night because all people are going to take a shower.

I loved staying in this hostel, the stuff there were nice and friendly, they helped me with my luggage and also with directions when I wanted to go take the train.

The staff has been super helpful and even if they don't speak so much english, they try the best to satisfy your requests. Room are really clean and comfortable.
