I broke a glass in the bathroom accidentally as when I put it down there was a slant into the sink but did not see it. They replaced the glass and said nothing. Even on checkout they said nothing but then at the last moment, even when I was existed and on my tour bus they insisted that I pay for it. So I complied and paid 15 yuan but for a famous 5* Hotel in my eyes this was silly.
That is why I deducted a from them. Otherwise it was a 5 experience.
