Horrible hotel. Stated that there is aircon in the rooms, which should come with most hotels. However, the aircon is controlled by the management and they do not want to on it just to save money. Rooms are hot and stuffy. Counterstaff said to open curtains and windows which allows sunlight in, making the room hotter. I understand if they do not on during winter, but it is already nearing to summer and they gave me an excuse that the aircon is under maintenace. After threathened to change hotel, they turned it on, which proves they are lieing. That same night they turned off the aircon thinking we would be tricked. The next day, another guest complained about the aircon, same cycle repeats. Of my 15 days staying, they only turned on the aircon for less than 20 hours. If no one bothered to ask, it wouldve been 0. Night time is cooling when windows are opened, however there are many pesky mosquitoes that bit me from head to toe. rooms are clean with daily cleaning services. However, on the first 2 days, 2 of the pillow covers had a red dots on it, not sure what it was but it does not look clean at all. After that was changed, had no more problems. Wifi is decent but not enough to watch vidoes at 720p without interruption. Only form of entertainment is the TV with standard chinese channels. nothing else to compliment about this hotel. Could have been better.
