Rooms and environment are clean and pleasant. Near to Metro and Shopping complexes minus the noise. Sauna, pool and Jacuzzi pools are lacking. Pity.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast. The room thermostat, like other hotels in China, was just there for show. Despite having the temperature setpoint at 10°C, my room just got hotter and hotter over the span of one week, starting from 23°C and going all the way up to a sweltering 26.5°C. I then had to ask for a fan/cooler for the room, which was provided. As is the case with all Sheraton hotels, the light switches in the room were idiotic. The wood panelling in my room looked cheap and dated. An access panel below the bathtub was open, and the shoddy workmanship within was an eyesore. The ethernet cable was broken and the internet speed was terrible. I had a hard time connecting to my company's VPN. The telephone next to my bed was in dire need of repair/replacement, and whenever I got a call, I had to get out of bed and go all the way across the room.

Nice rooms but they are showing older than they are. Breakfast wishlist send to have declined over the years as well. It would also be nice to include the internet TV services that other hotels are starting to add in China.
