Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
1. Smoking is allowed inside the hotel, and the room had a very strong cigarette smoke odour. The smell was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable, especially for non-smokers and families with children.
2. The bed was excessively soft and uncomfortable. It is definitely not recommended for guests with back or spine problems, as it may cause body aches and poor sleep quality.
3. The carpet flooring was stained and appeared poorly maintained. Overall cleanliness standards were below expectations.
4. There was no proper triple room available for a family of three. Instead, the hotel only provided a foldable spring mattress, which was very uncomfortable, noisy, and you could clearly feel the metal springs while sleeping. This was far from acceptable for a hotel stay.
Overall, the hotel facilities and comfort level did not meet expectations. Management should seriously improve cleanliness, room quality, and guest comfort standards.
