Nice and upscale hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately a BIG problem with Wi-Fi access in the rooms.
On demand, management lends additional Wi-Fi transmitters to place in the room but, on the one hand, you have to ask for them (and few customers think about them) and on the other hand, even with an additional transmitter, the connection keeps cutting, sometimes during more than half an hour.
For those who need Wi-Fi to work, this is a real problem.
Also, slight problem of English proficiency for the staff. It's hard to order a breakfast in room service AND to have everything we ordered.
Breakfast buffet varied and of good quality.

This is as nice of a spot as we’ve stayed in a long time! It’s roughly 30 minutes from the airport and, at least at 2 am, was a smooth trip in! The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful and made the check in process very easy. The place is nicely outfitted. Rooms are very nice, like 4.5 star in the US — lots of marble, nice beds and very nice bathrooms with both a shower and a tub (at least in the suite). We had a couple rooms and got upgraded to a club level on one after having gotten a suite for the other. The suite was perfect for the stay. There were two bathrooms, a main bedroom with a king bed and a living room (equal in size to the bedroom) with a couch, a few chairs and a second TV. It was perfect to have a room for the family to hang out in! The pool here is Epic! Seriously, probably the nicest I’ve ever seen at a hotel. It’s huge, has tons of seating around the outside and a large deck area within one end of the pool. Its open from 6-11 and does require a swim cap. It’s near the gym on be 4th floor. The gym is also solid! Good amount of machines and plenty of space with a nice view of the city. Gym is open 24 hours. The lounge on the 21st floor is excellent as well. Continental breakfast served in the mornings and a happy hour in the evening was excellent. Plenty of space to spread out and a good spot to grab a snack.
