Terrible. First of all, they nickel-and-dime you for everything. Despite how expensive the hotel is, they still charge extra for internet! And they have an extra "premium" internet service which costs twice as much. Not only that, I had housekeeping staff STEALING CLOTHING from my room. Unbelievable in any hotel, let alone a Hilton. The front desk was incredibly unhelpful about it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hilton are usually a great chain but they really lowered their standards with this one. I would recommend the Wudong Int'l Hotel as a far superior alternative. Maybe there people don't steal clothes out of your room.
