Outstanding Service, fabulous views of the harbour, beautifully presented and comfortable rooms. The Club Access is a great way to relax in the evenings and has delicious food and drinks available inclusive of charge. Well worth paying extra for this access. The swimming pool is clean, quiet and has full service from friendly staff. Will stay here again with our family soon. Oh, the breakfast was AMAZING!

Often come to this  dining, not too big surprise, this  food can maintain the level, the place is not like the noise of other restaurants, you can have a good gathering with friends.

Super Gym facilities and top pool.

Beautiful. Top class. Great food choice. In house restaurant. Very helpful staff. Linked to Convention centre. And of course walking distance from the beautiful water front of the harbour with an incredible view of the skyscrapers.

Very good hotel, if there is an exhibition in the Convention and Exhibition Center, living here can hardly be convenient. Great view of the sea View room, the gym is also well configured.

Room is kinda small for a king bed but the view is stunning. The service was great. Staff was very helpful. Def coming back.

Awesome hotel in an awesome post of town. Short walk to all sorts of interesting places like Soho, the hockey club, mtr stations and the convention centre. Buffet breakfast and lunch is worth every dollar, especially the deserts. Amenities like the pool and gym are awesome. Also had a kids pool and play area. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location. The star ferry is a 5 minute walk and central transportation terminal is less than 10. Tons of restaurants in the area also. The service is great and if you are a member of the loyalty program the concierge club and breakfast buffet make it a 5 star experience. The rooms are average for the type of hotel it is. They have an assortment of different types of pillows on the bed. What really stands out are the blackout shades. They work great. I recommend the hotel and stay there often. Just wish the rooms were a tad nicer otherwise a 5 star experience.

I am staying at the Renaissance for a one night trip. I arrived tired only to find that my garden view room smelt hideously of smoke. I then proceeded to call the front desk to ask for a room change and was told this would be done immediately. 45 minutes later, I am still waiting and after numerous calls to the front desk I eventually had to go downstairs myself to sort this. I was met with the most unfriendly response I have ever experienced from a hotel front desk staff member. The new card was thrown on the side and the lady (named Shirley) didn't even look up or apologise for the inconvenience this had caused me. I was really left shocked at the response and rudeness. Needless to say I will NOT be returning back to this hotel or recommending it. Poor rude service in a 5* hotel like this where you are paying these sort of prices is really not acceptable.

Always a pleasant stay, good convenient location next to the exhibition center / Wanchai MTR and ferry to Kowloon. I usually take the upgrade offer to the club level which enhances the stay. Club lounge offers afternoon tea & cocktail hours from 3-8pm, good variety of finger foods, desserts and drinks. Oh and not to mention the view is amazing up here. The swimming pool is heated, it's shared with Conrad but big enough so that there's never a problem with crowds.

This hotel was amazing! The services for a platinum member were spot on. Having forgotten a power adapter, I was pleased to get a free one as a gift upon arrival. The upgrade to a harbor view room ensured I had lovely views of Hong Kong during the entire stay. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. While there, I was able to walk to many parts of Central in about 30 mins, and (circumventing construction) run to the running path by the water (which looks like it is currently being expanded). Breakfast in the lounge was great and there were expansive views of the city and bay. Would definitely stay here again. Strongly recommend!

Hospitality was fantastic. All services were top notch. Great for business travel or family. Excellent location. Walk to Star Ferry or MTR. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located right on the promenade of Hong Kong Island in Wan Chai and you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the waterfront of the opposite Kowloon side, if you have an appropriate room. Truly one of the most impressive cities in the world!
The rooms were renovated a few years ago and are furnished in a modern style; Laminate flooring, light wood, bathroom with a glass pane, so that you also have panoramic views from there, comfortable beds, table with chair, armchair, Minibar & kettle, safe-in short everything you would expect from a hotel of this category. It is a strictly non-smoking hotel.
What affected my peace was, on the one, the deafness. My room was opposite an emergency exit, which is also used by the staff. This door popped off early in the morning in beautiful regularity. Really tedious and such a hotel not adequate. Do employees not receive training main?
On the other, the entire area in front of the hotel is a huge construction site. I presume land reclamation. Cranes, metal is processed, drilled; All of this can be heard clearly, despite earplugs. Assume that this work will continue for months to come. Therefore, I would advise to book a different hotel for the next time — if you want to stay on the Hong Kong Island site —. For example, in the direction of Central, The Mandarin Oriental O. A. In central, the construction noise is significantly lower.

Great 5 * Hotel overlooking the beautiful harbor and the rooms are spacious.

Quality is consistently reliable. Excellent front office staff. Great housekeeping staff. BUT, they need to change out the desk chairs in the room. The legs stick out and the chairs are very heavy. Lots of stubbed little toes over the years, ouch.

Stayed at the hotel one night for business. Room was very good. Not huge, but well designed. Tea and coffe making facilities were adequate. Did not find a trouser press. Views from the hotel across the harbour were spectacular. Location is OK, but there is a lot of construction work nearby at the moment so it will probably be nicer whenever that gets finished.

In the room you have the best view of almost all the harbor of Kowloon and Hongkong! Spectacular! Staff is quick and friendly and efficient. Fitness 24 hours. Nice garden in the 11. Floor also, between all the buildings. Some minutes walk to the star ferry to Kowloon etc. Good location!

Excellent attention to detail at the restaurant. High end finishes throughout to compliment the harbour view. Service was fantastic. The menu was well executed. Truly a VIP experience.

Professional and friendly staff, great, modern furnished rooms. Central location for trade fair visitors and good transport connections.

The service was excellent, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The rooms were not huge, but we got a harbor view room on the 37th floor and it was spectacular. There were good facilities and the gym was excellent and the pool was huge. There is a good selection of eating options and a shop for amenities. The lounge on the 40/41st floors had an amazing view and were well equipped for breakfast and evening meals. Again the staff were excellent. The location was nice, not too central but about an 8 minute walk to the metro, and then right next to central. It is also a few minutes walk to the star ferry terminal to Kowloon. The only down side for the entire trip was when I needed to get me luggage, which was right behind the reception, but the lady behind the Christmas counter would not help me, as all of the check in staff were busy. O could of taken it myself and I was in a serious rush, but it was unusually bad service and ownership of the problem right on departure.

Central location, right on the harbour. Very well equipped fitness center and great breakfast buffet with great choice.

Great hotel. Grand hyatt is s bit better but service and ambiance is very nice. Went to pool which is shared by both hotels, great pool! Very little sun as the tall buildings block the rays. Service is beyond bad. It's so bad it's comical at least for lunch by pool. I sat on the lounge chairs and ordered at 115.2pm I asked my 3rd person about the meal, all kind of look at you with a "huh" a few no answers… finally miracles happen and I revived my lunch at 220pm. I was kidding with my new friend next to me I should ask for the check because I would not get it till 4… we laughed. I asked 4 people for it and we just could not believe it. As my friend in USA says " you can't make this s — — — up". Well the check never came after waiting 30 minutes and begging. I went to my meeting It was so bad it was really almost not reality. We did get a good laugh in amazement of incompetence! All else very good.

Perfect Hotel. Huge heated pool area with food and drink at the bar. The choice at breakfast is huge. The rooms are elegantly clean and luxuriously furnished. Generally, the hotel makes a very good well-kept impression. At breakfast time it is possible that you wait for a table when you arrive early.

Centrally located, close to public transportation and superior in all ways. Get a harbor View room, it's well worth it. Breakfast has a great selection to suite everyone's taste and the hotel has a number of in house restaurant options.

The hotel is fine but the restaurants should be avoided absolutely. Most of them have MSG in the food. This is a neurotoxin and can cause brain damage. It also can damage the nervous system in general. They made a concerted effort to accommodate my family by not having MSG in any of the food we ordered but our choices were extremely limited. Only one or two items on the menu could be ordered. It simply wasn't worth it.

Nice cosy hotel. Well connected to MTR (train stations) at Hong Kong area. Food is readily available within walking distance. Love the gym there. Like the quick check out; just throw the keys into a designated check-out box.

Very nice hotel in central location. Clean rooms and very nice staff. Only the construction site that does not want to end is annoying. The view is fantastic.

Superb service. I got corner room which is bigger than standard room. Wifi is speedy.

Wonderful accommodation and impeccable service. The harbor view rooms are really worth it with panoramic views of Kowloon. Nice bar/lounge in the lobby area serving up some local craft beers as well. Located near Wan Chai station so it's easy to get around the city.

Very well run Renaissance Hotel over looking Victoria Harbor. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The service is top notch every way, accommodating all the needs of the business or leisure traveler. Large gym, wonderful breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food. The executive club is located on the top three floors with stunning views.

Service is pretty good but the hotel looks slightly run down if you look closer. Lunch buffet is average and the standard and level of detail is not comparable with real 5 star hotels.

Excellent location for business trip, convention centre right next to the hotel, loved the lounge access, breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hours are all well pointed. This is my number one choice every time when I visit HKG.

Nice and clean hotel conveniently located next to exhibition center. Two main disadvantages are small room size and only paid Wi-Fi service that should be free. Wifi access charge $120 HK Dollars per day, that's almost $20 USD additionally.

This hotel provides a consistent high-quality services. As a Platinum member, I received a regular room, upgrade services, my room upgraded into a Suite, late checkout service, which I can at the top of the swimming pool, enjoy a leisurely afternoon. In bustling Hong Kong, this is a perfect oasis, let people very comfortable. The hotel also offers some of Asia's most delicious Breakfast!

Enjoyed the Lounge floor views, coffee espresso machine, friendly staff, breakfast, tea time snacks, cocktail time & evening snacks. Oasis like outdoor pool and deck overlooking the water. Fitness room overlooks the water with a number of cardio & weight machines. TVs and individual touch screen monitors for each. Bottled water + headphones are great niceties. I know this is common in China/HK but I always appreciate the indoor soft slippers & bottled water. They have a free shuttle bus however this Renaissance Harbour Hotel is the last stop out of six total hotel stops so you can't board the full bus as it loops around. We ended up taking a taxi when we checked out of this hotel. Walking distance to train stations & several malls high end and low end shops as well as the interesting outdoor fish and meat markets. Try the many local fresh bakeries offering tea, coffee drinks and cakes. This hotel is connected to the raised walkway path and it is an interesting sight to see the masses of Sunday Phillipinoes all camping in cardboard boxes all along the walkways.

Great place to stay. Good sized rooms, great harbour view and very Comfortable. Thoroughly recommend it.

Price is not justified, they charge so much that internet access is not included in the cost of the room saw the exorbitant that they charge for one night.
The only advantage is that the hotel is connected to the fair, but is much better at 7-8 times less money, walking only 10 minutes from the trade fair 5 —. Not to mention the cost of the minibar, a small bottle of water from 0, 5 l costs 80 $ $ against the 17 stores that you find once you leave the hotel.

Greater Breakfast & Club Lunge.

Like the hotel, LOVE the pool. Do spend a day chillin in the sun. I do miss Sunday's by this pool. Club sandwiches on room service are yummy too at 3AM. Location is fantastic and Cafe Ren is excellent for breakfast. Get a harbour view for sure.
