Highly recommended! The room is compact but clean, with its own bathroom and windows for ventilation (no view though since it’s in the city on the 20th floor).
The bed was super comfortable—we slept really well. The owner and staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even letting us skip the security deposit and use it for our tour instead.
Great location too—near Mong Kok MTR, Ladies Market, plus lots of food spots, banks, and shops.

Super clean and everything you needed is there, hot/cold water, water heater, toothbrush and toothpaste, body soap and shampoo, hair dryer, disposable towels, cup for coffee, sugar creamer utensils available at their common area, universal adaptor, and friendly staffs. Thank you Kan Mum Guest House for accomodating us.

Great location and easy to get around Hong Kong from here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly during my stay. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and public transport options nearby, which made everything very convenient.
The hotel may not be the most luxurious, but it offers good value for the price. I had a pleasant stay overall and would stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.
