Great hotel. Nice clean and modern rooms. Nice breakfast buffet. Very quiet although it’s on a major road.

Good views and good customer service. In the center of Wan Chai.

Great times in Hong Kong at this recently renovated property. Near the jockey club and wonderful food shops within walking distance. The hotel is clean with exceptional beds, clean and quality bathroom. The room has a courtesy cell phone that you can use in the city — that was a first for me. Just be cautious when they are overbooked, the young crew reception tend to suffer from hospitality loss in translation. Walking distance to the bus service and the airport bus. Have stayed at the Emperor on two occasionsA country totally geared to exploit its tourist potential despite competing with Singapore and the wonders in Japan. A city organised for tourists.

I stayed here for a month in July 2018. Nice hotel, modern & clean. Rooms are small unless you pay for most expensive rooms. Wardrobe is too tiny to fit much of anything & there is no storage space in the room. Gym is small, with one treadmill, 2 bikes, a stair stepper & weights. Buffet breakfast is basic — eggs, cereal & toast. The hotel is about a 12 minute walk from closest train station, which is a long walk in the summer heat. Tram stop is around the corner. Staff were friendly & helpful. Not a lot around the hotel in way of food or drinks — again, it’s about a 10 minute walk into town for this. Chinese Restaurant on site is OK but expensive. Would recommend only for short stays of a couple of days.

Stayed at this hotel for three weeks, just into the fourth week
There are a lot of straight problems.
There are more than a few times, health problems, headaches.
What's even more frightening is the quality of service.
The first day of check-in and my family three people in the evening hand hand-held two four pieces of hand luggage, a front desk colleague helper also did not
Because three of them were laughing and had no time to ignore us. We had to put down the heavy eden's luggage, to the staff standing at the front desk, check in, she told us that mini bar is a sexual, we finished, then carried our own luggage on the room, the front desk three people continue to talk and laugh, of which the people are more director level.
But we are too tired to go to the house to calculate, open mini bar empty as well The granules are not either.
But we're taking a break, too.

New Hotel but room is extremely small (don't know if that's only my problem or not. ) We booked a Superior Room with 22 sqm for 2 adults with free upgrade and 2 breakfast for 1 night. I ended up at the end of the corridor with the room that should be cut half of the size from my observation. The bed was placed really in the middle of the room, but the room was not in rectangular shape, when I slept on the bed I felt like I was twisting. The TV was not facing in front of us, it was at the side. I really didn't feel any "Superior" at all. Maybe my package was too cheap in price, ha… Our booking should also include 2 free breakfast, but the Front Desk staff claimed that our booking only has 1 free breakfast and gave us ONE breakfast coupon. It made me confused that I made the wrong reservation.

The hotel staff could be more kind. The hotel is neat and clean, but it lacks certain basic necessities like, there is no weighing scale in the entire hotel. No shoe drying machine. Hot water in the bathroom isn't hot at all. Breakfast cost is too high for the available menu.

This hotel is OK. We stayed in basically the first week after it opened and so there may have been some teething difficulties. The most annoying thing is that they lie about the room size. We booked a room that said '30sqm', which in reality turned out to be no more than 18-20sqm. Still, as it was new, the decor was nice and fresh, and everything was clean. The breakfast was bad though. And it's very strange that when you book a two person room, they only give you one breakfast ticket per day, forcing you to buy another one if you want to have breakfast (which was totally dreadful and not worth it — needs big improvement) with your partner. Location is so so, about ten minutes walk from MTR.

Design of room is good, considering room size is not big. Air conditioning is excellent and staff are helpful.

The evening came here to eat, see very beautiful, the hotel staff are very friendly, but the place is a little funny, a very worthwhile to go.

When I first checked in, they told me there was no rooms available on the higher floors and ask me if I mind a lower floor. I told him no I don't mind at all. Who would have thought they gave me a disability accessible room. Everything was lower than normal. To use the bathroom sink and mirror, I needed to sit on the floor to use it. Not sure why they gave me that room. Which part of me looks disabled? After I complained, they gave me a normal room which was good. The hotel is close to the MTR. It is about a ten minutes walk to Wan chai station. There are bus stops near by as well if you want to go to the peak or Stanley Beach. If you want a taxi the staff can flag one down for you just be warned you have to get on quick since the hotel don't have a driveway for cars to park and wait. Behind the hotel is a cemetery. Rooms are not facing that so it's ok for me but some people it might not be. Other than that it was a great experience.

Definitely a renovated hotel. Beautiful outside and inside. The rooms are small but the seats are enough. Of the Cons: no closet or hanger. The Windows do not open, cold from the air conditioner, if you turn off, then half an hour to wait for normal temperature. Breakfast is simple, sausages, sausage, eggs, boiled vegetables, yogurts, jam. Nearby there is no café but a 15 minute walk and the Van Chai and Times Square where plenty of entertainment, shops and cafes. If you came to the exhibition-20 minutes slow pace. The staff is polite and friendly. The service is excellent for this price category.

Excellent hotel, its location, the room although not very large, has everything you need to make your stay something very pleasant, the beds very comfortable, everything looks new, there are several restaurants that although are not very accessible, have good taste and attention, the Staff very attentive and certainly to be Honk Kong, the price of the room is very accessible, apart you give for your use a cell phone with Internet to be able to move in the city. Which is definitely very useful.

I came here on business trip. 1. Although watsapp and voice calls is clear, On 3 of the 4 nights, my outlook email cannot send or receive emails. I tried using my data plan and it succeeded. I explained to housekeeping staff and front desk manager, they say they will feedback to IT dept. 2. The bed is big. The table is too small to put laptop and writing pad. 3. There is only 1 hook in bathroom for hanging clothes. 4. There is no airport express bus stop here. It is easier to cross road to take taxi. Good — breakfast quality is good. Bed is big. Hope they will fix the Wi-Fi connectivity difficulty and provide a working area with proper table.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern decor. Bed is so comfortable you will not want to get up. The rooms are extremely clean. The staff is very polite and friendly, they go above and beyond to help you. The location is very convenient, taxi drivers recognize the location easily. There are many places just walking distance. Only 15 minutes to airport express. Central and soho. I highly recommend it for business travelers, when you’re traveling for work you want a quiet room and a very comfortable bed. Internet is fast and there is a set up desk for your computer.

Very bone-like a mid-shaped hotel, the second floor of the Chinese food is worth a try. There are valet parking, high privacy.

Good price but you need to know your way around the hotel as it is quite far from MTR. Also this hotel is next to a cemetery so some people might not like it.

Amazing hotel, must have just opened this month after full renovations. Looks and feels brand new, gorgeous decor, attentive staff, great location. Would highly recommend and will stay again next time :)

Good hotel in Happy Valley. Clean and modern. After meal, I'd like to take foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat nearby. Very good and professional. I feel totally relaxed. Will come again for sure.

Price was ok, staff was helpful. But the hotel is very old, the whole room smell moldy and the bed was damp. A/C condensation dripped at the lift lobby. Feel like sick after staying 3 nights…

I loved this hotel both for its welcome and for its room. Breakfast at the Asian! There is also a restaurant in the Michelin guide! Helpful staff, super friendly, always present to help you and make your stay at hotel go well!

Iconic hotel. Older rooms, small sized but great price.

Great customer service and cleanliness standard. They have michelin starred rest downstair and provide shuttle bus to timesquare and some other drop points every morning and night.

This hotel is super clean and the staffs here are super friendly and helpful. The price is super reasonable since the rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well.
