There are couple of hotels operated by international brands across Chongli county in the north to Beijing. This Element hotel is located in Thaiwoo ski resort at the high point of Chongli.
Although it is snowing and windy outside when checking-in, everything feels warmer at the reception area in lobby. Heating equipment works well and joyful service is delivered from the front desk.
My room was arranged and upgraded in advance upon my stay preference.
Guest room has nice view of the street and the mountain. The large balcony is good for refreshing. Room is well equipment by everything you need for long stay like oven, fridge, cooker.
Service is responded without any delay and delivered with high professional favor upon request in any time. Selia Sun helped me a lot during the whole stay, who is belong to the talented team of this hotel.
B&F also has the highest quality across Chongli county. Breakfast included in every room is well valuable and rich enough for guests’ flavor.
I am going to visit this splendid home again when summer.

There are quite a few international-branded hotels in this area and this one is kinda a 'Marriott' but it doesn't offer anything 'Marriott' or 'Bonvoy' except a Bonvoy sign at the front desk. We've been to many Marriott hotels, from the very high end to the less luxury ones around the world and THIS ONE IS THE WORST.
First of all, it doesn't recognize Marriott members, regardless what level you are. Secondly, the rooms are in very humble condition — the phone doesn't work, the room key card doesn't work, you name it. The room is quite small and honestly, not even that economical. It is not good value for money and there's no service offered. And I think the hotel is not even aware…
Why even bother getting on a name of a brand if there's no guarantee of consistency of quality? Might as well be a local hotel — there's enough demand for that anyway.
