We had an excellent stay and time at this hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Bella and Lynn. The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I have booked a family suite to spend a night with my wife and kids, the room is very clean and spacious.

My stay at the Sheraton Futian was exceptional, thanks to the Executive Lounge team’s impeccable service. Their attention to detail and warmth made every moment feel luxurious.

Late night check in was a breeze. Front desk was cheerful, efficient and welcoming. Snared an upgrade to a very spacious suite, courtesy of my Platinum status.

Our first nite was in the non — renovated room which really looked tired. Since we were a group of almost 30, we requested for at least a couple of new rooms. The experience was much better.

Stayed at a different but had read good things about the breakfast buffet. I was not disappointed, but the 266 RMB fee was a bit stiff.

The is a very well run hotel. Smoothly efficient, excellent fitness room, swimming pool, food services. Beautiful lobby, nice gardens, wonderful breakfast buffet.

One of my favourites in Shenzhen. Located right next to the buzzing malls and Office district.
Yet quiet if you need that. The breakfast spread was also good. Beautiful entrance and friendly staff.

The hotel is situated near the train station (if you are coming from HK) as well as 5-8mins walk from at least 2 big malls. Hotel staff were pleasant, breakfast was decent, mostly offering local food.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and came with plenty of amenities, making it very comfortable.

Well maintained hotel at a convenient location. Close to Guangzhou East station where you can take high speed rail. Many restaurants close by. Great service. Good selections at breakfast buffet.

A wonderful Marriott experience. The room was huge and the service was great. Everyone is so friendly and the food is actually fantastic and very reasonably priced.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a 2 day seminar. The hotel’s location had great rivers views of Guangzhou. The hotel was clean and rooms were too. Staff was polite and efficient.

Location is excellent in the heart of Futian District. Love the room. Clean and spacious. Service was good too. The manager at the reception helped to book the futian light show for me. Thank you ☺️

5 stars mainly for the location and because they upgraded our room. Reception area does not look very fancy but the staff are helpful and try to assist with everything.

The room was certainly smaller than the stated 71 square metres, but it was clean. It was cleaned every day.

Great location and great place to stay. Few minutes to the city centre by foot and many shops within the hotel. Breakfast is great, rooms are big and comes with a washing machine and dryer.

I had a good time at this hotel. It was near the busy road and you can find a taxi whenever you want. It is also quite close to a metro station.

Located slightly away from the main area so we needed to take a short ride into the main area with food/shopping. The hotel itself feels a bit older but the inside is nicely renovated.

First time visit and stayed in JW Marriott Shenzhen. Beautiful hotel and I was able to used and confirmed my BonVoy suite room request ahead of my arrival. The hotel has great and attractive lobby.

Joy and the rest of the crew are accomodating joy her self and a couple of other staff members spoke english well and assisted us with everything from offering a personal mobile hotspot so I can sort

The hotel is very central in Huaqiangbei and it is very nice and clean. Rooms are big and beds are good.

Had a great 4 day stay in Guangzhou.
The hotel bar was our place to relax after long days of business meetings.

Loved it so much, the waiter was kind and every morning the breakfast bar would automatically pour me a double of American coffee.

So we have actually stayed here a couple of times now. The first time was not so great. The room was old and tired and felt a little damp. The breakfast was disappointing also.

A friend accidentally sent 3 of my parcels to the older Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen instead of Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen Bay, where I was actually staying.

Clean, comfortable rooms, equipped with the latest tech from the showers to Xiao Du (in room help not). There are even cute delivery bots to help delivery items to your rooms.

This is a old hotel in downtown Guangzhou along Tianhe Road. The room is quite big and staff is friendly. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. It is only a few minutes walk to the metro station.

It's nice hotel, advisable for breakfast if you are foreign.

My colleague and I visited Guangzhou for the Canton Fair and we had a great experience staying at this hotel. Very clean and the staff there were super helpful.
