Vienna hotel is the best hotel chain in all over China. We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms were clean and hotel was looks like new. Staff was cooperative but again language problem makes little difficulty. But over all that was more better place to stay as compare to other hotels. That's why we prefer to stay in Vienna hotel in guzhen zhongshan also. Because may be it was little far from factories but it's ok if we are getting more better facilities. Over all very nice experience there.
Not one person that works at the front desk knows English nor do they know how to transfer a phone call to their guest's room. I've tried reaching a guest there on several occasions, both morning and evening hours and I get the same frustrating result. I spoken to at least 5 different people and none of them understand when I asked to be transfer to a room #. I've stayed at this hotel. Room layout is typical but even non-smoking rooms have strong cigarette smell. Not sure if other hotels in Shenzhen are going to be much better but at least this one has issues with their staff not knowing how to answer a call from a English speaking person. Very, very, very frustrating when they can't even transfer a call to one of their guests.
