A very pleasant hotel, unfortunately no in-room coffee, just chinese tea, but it’s China so it’s common.
Most enjoyable stay once we managed to book in no thanks to WOTIF. Cici at reception was fabulous along with duty manager Charles Chen. Had a room on the 17th floor overlooking Pearl River was terrific. Breakfast was well presented and plenty of choice.

Outside hotel is dirty and smelly, not good reception area, had a good room but bathroom very tiny, had to up grade to get decent bathroom, had "do not disturb sign" on but cleaner still came in room, again a man walk into our room without knocking while we were showering, they come into your room when they want, not secure, staff ok but there systems are rubbish, the light switches in the room are all over the place and hard to find the switch for the right light, aircon will not take the room temp below 25, hot to sleep, had the smell of fibreglass coming through aircon at night from their renos, couldnt get a plug adaptor, couldnt put dinner on tab, very expensive hotel for the quality and service, stayed in lot better for same price down the road, I would never stay in this hotel again, very poor, would not give it one star.
