4.5 star. Nice place, very good staff. Need to consider foreigners for their breakfast menu and also a kids area should be more developed. Other than that everything is nice and cozy.

If you ever find yourself in Xiamen this hotel is highly recommended. The lobby area is expansive and the rooms have been well thought out. The prooerty is across the road from a large shopping mall, so there are options to eat if you don't want to travel too far. Staff are very attentive and well trained. Well run, professional hotel.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable, has been staying three times, feel very good, cleaning staff very diligent maintenance room neat, out of the back usually have been sorted! Breakfast choice is many, seats are also many, can not find a seat, very good.

Room decoration is ok. Temperature is hot in the roo.

From Xiamen Airport Taxi came about RMB 20 yuan up and down, drive about 15 minutes! The hotel is not in the bustling Xiamen city center, but next to a big shopping mall and Wal-Mart, so to go shopping is not a problem. Reception staff good service, I want to photocopy a document they are also very enthusiastic to help people to the hotel service a big bonus! The only drawback is that we ask for a non-smoking room, also repeatedly with the counter to confirm is no smoking room type, entered the room but smelled a smoke smell, more exaggerated is in the toilet ground also found a pile of soot embers, then came to clean the room staff said he negligence did not see, it is dumbfounded!

Xiamen CP value is very good hotel, next to Wanda department store, eat very convenient, but unfortunately far from the city center.

If you're looking for a great hotel in Xiamen I highly recommend The Langham Place Hotel. The rooms are excellent, the staff friendly and efficient without being overbearing and the restaurants and bar are very good and cater for all tastes. I have stayed here three times and now it is my go to hotel in Xiamen.

A rare 5 star from me. Only bad thing was could not accept a package delivery for me… but that's not their fault. It's a million times better than the worst place in the world — Coffee Flair in Taipei.

Recommended restaurant dining experience, dressed in handsome black chef outfit chef, will be placed in the buffet meal behind the cooking, diners can take the food side to enjoy the visual feast.

Close to the airport and dock, next to the square food shopping convenience, geographical location, from the station in the mountain road or other locations need 20 minutes, hotel rooms and public equipment is quite complete good, design is also novel modern, quite like.

We stayed there last nov and it was pleasant, room is clean, tidy, all good words for the hotel, good job guys at langham.

My parents stayed here when typhoon meranti hit. The hotel went above and beyond in making sure they were ok. Arranged free meals for all the guests as well. Extremely thankful!

Great hotel if you are in Xiamen. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the pool/spa/gym is great. Wanda shopping center right next door making it very convenient spot.

The hotel although is five star, Hanging UK Langham brand. But I feel a little bit worse. I think it should be the course of new hotels opening soon. 1. First the windows shouldn't can open, This is Dangerous. At least Westin Cannot open. 2. I call phone to Housekeeping let person send a coverlet to me at 8:00 pm. But I'm waiting 1 hour later does not give me. Finally, I call phone to Housekeeping again, Where is my coverlet. I just got the coverlet. 3. In guest room. The TV is so small, Cannot connecting AirDrop, It disappointed me. 4. At 2:00 am. When I watching out movie back to the Langham. I across hotel lobby. I'm not see anybody in hotel lobby. I only see a doorman sleep in the sofa. I hope hotel service improvements. This is my suggestion. I am still very optimistic about the Langham Hotel.
