The room is very comfortable. The room service is very good. Every morning the cleaners will come and clean the room. The breakfast they provide is nice and have many types to choose. Great area for tourists. Nearby the hotel have shopping mall and stores.

In the outside play a back, actually said hotel no hot water … The door under the stairs of uneven tiles, let the child fell, with the hotel waiter to first-aid box, said the hotel did not, only a piece OK jump (wound paste), this is a five-star hotel in Beijing? That's amazing …

Only one lady spoke English and of course less Spanish.

Great area for tourists and getting to the sites, a bit expensive and the executive lounge only has happy hour during 6-8 pm when most are having dinner, they are serving light fare there though. But why eat there when you can be having an amazing meal?

Great location, you can walk to the Wangfujing pedestrian avenue easily. The room is very modern and the breakfast is wonderful!

Great Hilton Hotel near the forbidden city. The staff really went out of their way to make this an unforgettable experience for me. As Hilton Diamond I got upgrade to a very generous suite. The Italian experience manager (forgot her name) is one of the most attentive I've ever come across. Also the breakfast as well as happy hour in the club lounge are recommend. If you visit the forbidden city make sure that the hotel helps you with the reservation of your tickets.

Very well Located quality and reasonable price.

This hotel is really nice. As an American coming to Beijing, staying in a hotel with such incredibly home-like amenities, like a minibar with American soda and candy, plus Western bathroom setups, was conforting. The beds are great and breakfast would meet and probably exceed most expectations. For the price, this 5 star hotel is unbeatable.

Excellent location and excellent service from the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet is wonderful (Western and Oriental).
The only point I didn't like is that the pool water was cold and we couldn't enjoy it.

Nice place for many things. Location is convenient, the entrance is to the back of the street so as to avoid the touristy crowd, but less convenient for driving, drop off by the front and walk should be just as fine.

Friendly staff, very close to subway station. Got starbucks right in front on hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Overall nice stay. Recommended.

Very accommodating and clean. The room cleaners are very punctual and I felt safe to have all my stuff that I traveled with to be left in the room. Fresh sheets everyday, clean waterbottles and all toiletries are constantly restocked. Concierge is very friendly and helpful to foreign travelers and the check in desk has plenty of spare umbrellas. If I return to Beijing business district, I will return to this Hilton.

This hotel is quite old. The room is not very clean. And the customer service is not very good in general. A bit disappointed as it's a branded hotel…

A very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a stone throw from the famous tourist spot. The room is big and spacious. I'm sure you will not regret staying there.

My friend recommended Hilton Wangfujing. Trusted and booked. It was simply so amazing. Stayed 5-9 Nov 2015. Hotel is located right at Wangfujing Pedestrian Shopping Mall. Eating, shopping all at doorstep. It's also 5 minutes walk to the food street and Dong Lai Shun (东来顺饭店) Muslim Restaurant which served mutton steamboat. Walking distance (15 minutes) to Forbidden City East Gate, where you can hitch a tram at 5 RMB per person to the main gate. 62 metres square room is beautiful and spacious. Friendly helpful staff assisted to prepared breakfast box for an early departure at 5.30am on 9 Nov 2015. Delivered to the room at 5am. Enjoyed the stay. Strongly recommend to all visitors to Beijing.

Wangfujing, a circle there are hotels, Hilton location was perfect, walking distance to the forbidden city, carefree buy buy buy also offers the perfect excuse and the environment. Wangfujing shopping environments a little bit lacking, unfortunately, most customers quality and purchasing power was slightly disappointing.
Mainland Hilton's service is satisfactory, this is among the best. Check-in is at two or three points, and little brother at the front desk for their effective warm smiles upgrade room types, account for better treatment, and then handed over my card. All staff encountered during their stay have a higher sense of service, let me on the stereotype of the Beijing service changes slightly.
Room facilities good, some decoration details appeared some years remaining, but because of the tone and the light was not due to too many eyesores.
For breakfast, offering not much, and a lot of things are not good. Not a question of food, cuisine is the problem. This should be the most dissatisfied with in my experience a little.

Modern Hilton Hotel. Excellent location near Wangfujing street and lots of good restaurants nearby like HK based Lei Garden about seven minutes walk. Roof top pool with view makes for a great stay for kids. Service and amenities here in Beijing are some of the best across all Hilton locations.

This is Beijing King government wells, Hilton Hotel, distance of light at a subway station about 500 meters, traffic convenient, you might say, I've been to the most senior five-star hotel, day is night, the hotel exterior flashing lights, blue lights, based on color, look elegant and charming.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Beijing. While the hotel is the shopping area of Beijing, getting there is a little confusing, since it is not in the same Wangfujing Street. We had problems to get to the hotel because the address is 8 Wangfujing East Street, in the District of Dongchen, but in reality the building stands on a street that is behind a shopping center of Wangfujing Street. I recommend strongly that before going to the hotel you look well the map of its location, because that is you can not trust of Beijing taxi drivers to take you to the hotel. About hotel. Hotel Hilton is everything one expects from this luxury hotel company. "Perfection" or "Excellence" are some of the terms that best define this hotel. Our room, standard type, had 50 m2. At the entrance there was a spacious dressing room where very conveniently leave all luggage and clothing. The bathroom was a dream, with a tub and a shower surround which could see the enormous display of the room. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the room also had a couch from where contemplate the views of the city and a small work area with desk and port with speakers for Apple devices. On the upper floor there is a pool, available to all guests, very nice and relax after a busy day visiting Beijing.

This is a very good location for business or leisure in Beijing. It is only a few blocks (or 25CNY cab ride) from the Wangfujing Metro Station, Forbidden City, Opera House and more. My room was clean, modern and spacious. The staff is very helpful and many speak english. I had the breakfast option and found it to be a little pricey for what it was, but then again it is hard to beat the convenience. The restaurant had both eastern and western food choices, and my meals were all very good. I would definitely stay here again.

By far, my favorite hotel ever. Beautiful, cheap, amazing.
