The hotel is located in close proximity to Daxing Airport, approximately 2 km away. Getting to the center of Beijing is time-consuming and expensive, as a metro trip can take about 2-3 hours. Inside the hotel on the ground floor, there is a shopping street with cafes and shops, and a KFC is located within a few minutes' walk. Overall, the surrounding infrastructure is limited to other hotels and airline offices, so guests often have to return to the airport for full dining or shopping options.

Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many guests note the friendliness, responsiveness, and good proficiency in English. However, there are complaints that some reception staff speak very little English, ignore foreigners, or are unable to assist without using a translator. There was also a recorded instance of inappropriate communication over the phone at 5 AM due to time zone differences.

The hotel offers a buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, including high-quality bean coffee and dumplings. Guests with Titanium loyalty status receive breakfast for free; for others, the cost is approximately 88 yuan. Some visitors noted that food is no longer replenished after 10 AM and may become cold. For those departing at night, a ready-made breakfast to go—consisting of yogurt, a roll, and an apple—is provided in the refrigerator.

Rooms are provided with a kettle, tea, sugar, instant coffee, as well as complimentary bottles of water and soft drinks (Mirinda, Pepsi) in the refrigerator.

The internet connection has drawn criticism; some guests reported a complete failure of the local Wi-Fi during the evening. Meanwhile, the connection worked properly in neighboring hotels, forcing guests to purchase expensive roaming. It is also noted that the connection can be unstable even when using a VPN.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and very clean, often featuring motorized curtains and high-quality lighting. The beds are generally rated as very comfortable, with soft snow-white linens and excellent pillows, although one guest found the mattress too firm. The furniture and finishes look fresh, consistent with the standards of a new hotel.

The climate control system is a subject of much debate. Some guests are satisfied with the operation of the heaters and air conditioners, while others complain about centralized control, resulting in rooms being either too hot (up to +30°C) or very cold (+17°C) with icy floors. In some cases, the air conditioning did not work at all, and guests had to change rooms several times.

Rooms are equipped with bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and sewing kit are also provided. Some rooms feature a bedside clock with a Bluetooth speaker.

The bathroom layout is unusual and has been criticized: the toilet and sink are located in the corridor without full doors, creating a feeling of lack of privacy. The shower walls are transparent, and the sliding door does not provide complete sound insulation from the main room.

The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness with daily housekeeping. Guests describe the rooms as impeccable and fresh. However, one review mentions an incident with mosquitoes in the room, which caused the guest concern regarding their child's health.

A swimming pool and a mini-gym are located on the 0 floor, though staff do not always inform guests of these upon check-in. There are also cafes and restaurants in the building, although some may be closed or operating in a limited soft-launch mode.
