Smoky rooms, air conditioning doesn't work, not enough light, drain drains very slowly, only fitted sheet and comforter (no top sheet), TV buzzes at all volume levels, exposed wiring at outlet, shower head sprays in all directions (hard water buildup), refrigerator heats up room, next to some sort of industrial plant that occasionally drapes surrounding area with noxious fumes, dirty cutlery for coffee / tea, unable to turn off light in closet. Other than that, pretty good.
