Our room was nice, big, and clean. Bathrooms were quite small and less clean.

Amazing place, it’s clean and perfect if you need some peace and quiet. The room was spacious and it’s very central, walking distance from everything.

Very nice little place. Fun guests. Guitar playing with the home guitar. Great employees. Lable your food! No curfew.

I had a great time at The Ocean Hostel.
This place has got a very homey vibe about it, I immediately felt super comfortable when I got there.

It's well located, the staff is kind and welcoming. The room I had was with bunk beds. Unfortunately it is above a bar and I had difficulty sleeping because it was loud.

I stayed a week here, I really enjoyed and appreciated the place. I had a private en suite room with a window. Nice shower, a bit small but adequate.

Nice rooms but noisy with traffic on the nearby road. Friendly, helpful owner.

Pros: Very well-equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood, good shower, nice staff, nice mural and wall painting in the hostel as well as the neighborhood.

Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Location was good for easy access to a nice part of the city. There was a bus stop right across the street that you could take downtown or farther.

We stayed for 5 nights in February. This place is amazing — highly recommend. Maria and her family are lovely, friendly, helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Location of this accommodation is excellent with lovely views and the finicular just down the road. A couple stores close by and restaurants on the neighbouring street.
