Last minute booking made, service was excellent, the room was very clean. Be prepares to walk up and down the steep streets. Overall good spot. Recommended.

Great location, fairly priced and everyone who worked there is friendly and accommodating. Forgot to take photos but would highly recommend. The included breakfast was good also.

Neve was very attentive to my arrival and entry through the Bavestrello Passage. The place is super safe, clean, with a super equipped kitchen and bathrooms with always hot water.

Our room was very big and cozy. There are lots of shared bathrooms, which are clean and have hot water in the showers. The common area is very big, with indoor and outdoor space.

Patricia is so so nice. A kinda human with a warm soul. Thank you for helping us yesterday.

We stayed for 5 nights in February. This place is amazing — highly recommend. Maria and her family are lovely, friendly, helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

The rooms are a bit tired and the Wi-Fi is a bit spoty, but clean enough. Excellent garden. The staff speak litle english, mostly spanish, but are helpfull and nice.

Absolutely beautiful family owned hotel, very unique and hand build from the ground up. The staff/owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and the surrounding area is stunning!
