The restaurant staff need some serious training. Firstly, it would be generous to say the food is below average. The service is unwilling to help and ultimately it’s obvious they can’t be bothered to do their jobs and their attempting to sell the most expensive plates on the menu. Don’t come here. It’s a waste of time and money. Mae hotel, I’d advise to invest in some training to learn what good hospitality is.
We stayed two nights. The breakfast was good but for 4* hotel (probably) I expect a little bit more. Staff was nice but after we finished breakfast it’s a bit of impolite to start moving the table to “gently” inform you to leave. Same after dinner (which was good) to ask us if we want anything else or not. I understand, they have to make their work, preparations etc but for me as a guest it’s annoying. Also contact with reception — they answered via Booking message very late and were sending us meaningless info that we didn’t pay in advance which was not true 🙄 We might come back one day again but I hope that those things will be solved.

We got the chance to be served by Luis Alberto and he treated us very well for my friend’s birthday. We enjoyed the seafood and the great vine selection. Luis Alberto made sure we weren’t in need of anything and brought a special cake to our table as a treat. It’s getting less and less common to feel special and I believe that’s the way we have been received. 5 stars for Luis Alberto. Of course it’s also a great restaurant on the beach front and parking friendly. Little gift : try the food to share with your friends …so yummy!
