Disgusted by the lack of respect towards clients. We came all the way from Canada for three days to their suit — they never shared they were renovating — so there was no thermal baths, which we accepted because the view was stunning, but the room had no Wi-Fi, the bathroom smelled like sewage, there was no shampoo, no soap, no nothing — NOT EVEN HOT WATER — Nobody helped us with our luggage, and for some reason they don’t offer napkins. An absolute flop. We run away to the Radisson Blu which offers the same but cleaner, better and kinder.
