Radisson Blu Acqua Hotel & Spa Concon

I was not given a map of the zone upon my arrival at 10 AM, which would have been extremely convenient since I did not get my room until 4 PM and had time to fill. It would have been helpful to know what options were available in the area.
The gym had only one functioning piece of cardio equipment. My shower was also left with soap residue after cleaning. Ironically, my “Do Not Disturb” sign was not respected twice, and housekeeping entered and cleaned the room, only to leave the same residue in the shower.
On the positive side, the staff was very nice and attentive, and the property itself is gorgeous.

This was amazing. We booked it as a last minute stay for one night mid-week. The staff was over the top in each and every way. We mainly went for getting a massage and wow. The hotel is literally over the ocean. Every view was amazing. Free breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. Not like a crappy holiday in. Fresh fruit and bread. And the price was awesome. For a massage and room for the night and a very nice dinner I think in total we only spent maybe $450 and that includes the big tip I left for staff. Must go must go must go! Shout out to the GM David super cool guy. Front desk agent Martinez. The two ladies who did the massage. And our server Gregory! and kitchen staff who stayed open late for literally just me and my wife. One of the most beautiful experiences I've had in Chile.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Architecturally it is extremely well designed in the restaurant is very very good. The spa is well managed and run and the treatments are excellent. The views from the rooms and the terrace of the Pacific Ocean are super. The sound of the ocean through the window was wonderful And really accentuated the experience.

On a bike trip vacation before going to Patagonia. We left Zapallar hotel which was a let down and since it's the only game in town that hotel isn't worried about stepping it up. So we now head to Concon and I have to say the arriving to this hotel was what we expected. My room has a massive window overlooking the ocean with the waves crashing and giant rocks and beautiful different species of birds on the rocks. The view is incredible. Loaded with updated outlets everywhere, minisplit with superior central air or heat on call. Mattress A+++++. Bathroom — great walkin shower. Two bars, restaurant, fabulous roof top pool and hottub. Salt water pool in the lower level the best. The gym — meh… You will not be dissapointed.

Comfortable rooms, but they vary a lot in size. They all have amazing views of the ocean and you can see all kinds of life from the windows. I love eating on the outdoor deck, but they were quite understaffed a few nights and the service was slow. The rooftop has a hot tub and a pool and lots of areas to lay out. The indoor pool is heated (bring a swim cap, it is mandatory). This place is an oasis, with beautiful views and friendly staff. The towels are poor quality and the rooms are rather small. I only hope that switching to Choice hotel chain will not bring down the quality of what has always been a great relaxing vacation spot.

The hotel location has amazing views to the sea. The staff, the breakfast, the restaurant and the service in general was great. My family and I had a wonderful time and we will return some day. We enjoyed watching the seagulls and pelicans from the windows and we enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I couldn’t imagine a better place! It’s just far enough outside Valparaiso to be quiet and secluded, but easy enough to get into the city to explore. The oceanfront rooms are absolutely amazing!

We stayed 2 nights in concon after driving through the lake district. Because of the recent bad reviews we chose to stay at another hotel just south of this hotel. Big mistake. This place is definitely the place to stay in concon. It is clean and modern and has a great location facing the water. We ended up walking to this hotel everyday to have lunch and dessert. The service and food were great and the hotel is much more upscale than were we stayed. Concon seemed to be the safest area in the valporaiso/vina del mar area, so I would pick this location again. We never heard or saw any loud obnoxious children. The seagulls are annoying but would still stay here if given the choice again.

Went there for the sunset, incredible view. Terrace not big but private enough :)
The drinks were good but the food menu was a little disappointing, I didn't find it that interesting. The food was nice though, staff was paying attention and they speak English.
I recommend this place for drinks only.

This is an outstanding hotel. Built literally on the rocks, as an extension of the ocean, provides a unique experience from every single hotel location. To top it, the food is delicious, the spa and many pools are beautiful, and the service was top! The service in the Spa was beyond outstanding and this is comparing massages in Maldives, SriLanka, many USA spas and the Caribbean. The service to elderly parents finally places this hotel on top of our list! My disable mother was constantly attended to and the hotel many views of nature, ocean wildlife, made for a most enjoyable stay. The only suggestion we have is a little retouching of indoor spa pool, it could look even nicer if repainted. Also do add rubber mats around pool area as it gets very slippery. Notes about Concon: beaches nearby are nice, but currently sidewalks are horrible making walking unpleasant. Hotel is nevertheless located nearby small shops and restaurants plus the beaches but you may need to drive to them even thou they are very close by.

Location, location, location. This Radisson has a million dollar view, hands down. It’s location in this part of Chile puts it in a true paradise. My husband and I stayed here the first week of January 2023 and had a fabulous experience. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We ate several meals in the restaurants and enjoyed the breakfast buffet with eggs to order every day. The buffet is not an American style breakfast, it is a European style breakfast. This being Chile, the fruits and vegetables were delicious. Added delights were the fresh squeezed orange juice and Café con leche 💕 Traveling in a pandemic world, means that you do need to address things such as housekeeping when you check into a facility to let them know how often and when you would like your housekeeping. Our room was impeccably clean, but it did seem that the facility was short staffed, especially for housekeeping personnel. (This occurrence is a common one traveling internationally. ) We did purchase our room through our local travel agent, and as such the rate we paid was well below the advertised rate at check in. Frankly, for the location and included amenities, either rate was well in line with comparable hotels around the world. This coast of Chile is a wonderful treasure, and this Radisson staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am sorry to read others did not have as positive experience as we did. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

It is very cozy and excellent care.

The quality and cleanliness of the room was deficient. The hotel has 5 star prices but with 3 star quality. One books thinking of using the spa (it is called Hotel & Spa), however you have to book in advance and separately for the use of all spaces. On arrival there was no availability as they take reservations from people who are not guests.
The bar was not open despite having one of the best views in the area. The breakfast was very poor.
The staff is friendly.

Excellent attention in the spa, very friendly and very professional masseuses. Good facilities.
