DO NOT STAY HERE! ' extremely run down! Broken furniture, busted lamps. Rooms are very old and caked with dirt that cant come off. This place needs a serious remodel! Very disappointing. If I could give this dump a zero I would! I cant believe people come here.

Overall summary, the location is great. The cleanliness and general facilities are at or above average considering this part of the world though not up to western standards. The noise level was mostly good, but there was a side road that passes parallel to the rooms that had an occasional loud vehicle or car alarm. Overall value is hard to say as we've not been to other locations in the region to compare. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Specific side issues during our stay:
— The resort’s layout is a bit convoluted. For example, to get a pool towel, that was on floor 8. You could take a flight of stairs to go directly to the indoor pool. With my bad knee, the other option was to go further down a hall to an elevator that left you needing to pass outside a little, which can be cold on the off season evenings.
— Except for full stair cases, there are no hand rails for short steps or for getting in and out of the hot tubs and indoor pool. Not great for older folks or those that need a little assistance like myself with a weak knee.
— They advertised a buffet for lunch on Sunday, but no where did they indicate that no other food could be ordered at all, not even room service. So we left the resort to get lunch at a nearby restaurant.
— The confirmation email indicated that the pools and other areas would be closed for cleaning on Monday morning but the outside hot tubs would be operational, we were fine with that.
