• Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens must pay an additional fee of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee , a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

  Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

  Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chile. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

  Please inform Casa de Campo Catapilco in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

  Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

  A damage deposit of US$50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
