Beautiful location with a fantastic ocean view! We had a Caesar salad with shrimp and THE BEST Cheese pizza we have ever tasted in the casual dining / bar area.

In the convention center, the food was terrible meat was over cooked and the vegetables dry, for the price it's not worth it…
the DJ didn't know how to use the equipment etc.

I proposed marriage to my lady there in January. The room and the property were incredible. She was blown away. The staff did their part to make the occasion unforgettable. I’m looking to have my wedding there in January 2020. Just because I love the place and my lady was so emotional from the scene of the ocean out of our window. The only place to get married. Hope to have a few people over for this momentous event.

Great location, beautiful sea view. Very good quality of drinks. The bad thing: I ordered shrimp empanadas and they weren't clean, you could improve that look.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, excellent training center and all with a beautiful view. Room includes a coffee machine but to have refill of the coffee capsules was impossible. I stayed four nights and the first morning the coffee was not refilled. I then put my tip to the cleaners at the coffee machine. No result. I then talked to the reception and asked for a refill. They would fix it, they said. No result. I then tried by putting the coffee set on my bed and writing a note asking for refill. No result. I deducted two stars from the review due to this. Otherwise it is definately a five star hotel and I would stay there again anytime.

Beautiful view and spectacular gym. On busy days, the bar service at outside patio is slow and concierge service is slow.

Amazing location. I went to the restaurant to enjoy the evening sun set. It was splendid. The staffs were all very good and helpful. Will definitely plan for a stay next time.

Sheraton Miramar sits on a point overlooking the ocean with commanding views towards Valparaisio to the west and Concon to the East. The hotel is built in a semi circular design to maximise views from all bedrooms, restaurants, the Farewell Bar, Balthus gym, indoor and outdoor pools and even the spa and sauna! The resort is well appointed, has everything you could ask for including underground parking, a salon and creche. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast includes fresh fruits, yoghurts, museli, pastries, breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, juices and much more. Freshly cooked omelette and eggs are also available.

As a prestige Hotel chain we could not expect more than the best, the large rooms, king size beds, Quality Excellency sheets. The fantastic breakfast and the attention of the service staff does not deserve less than the best rating, modern facilities, good audio technology, the only thing I did not find adequate is that they charge 6000 pesos for the parking, the rest nothing to say.

This place is fantastic. The view is incredible. The majesty or the pacific is just overwhelming.

I figured it was a hotel that showed its stars but it left with very liked by little.

I went to the hotel restaurant. I ate on the terrace and although the tables and the view are beautiful, they have not adopted a solution/adaptation in front of the seagulls that naturally abound in Viña del Mar. The best hotel in Viña del Mar! We spent just one night. Excellent service. We were a little disappointed in the menu of the restaurant, as it is not very extensive and despite that. Many of the dishes offered were also not available. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's divine, from any room you look to the sea. Breakfast dinner and use of pool looking to the sea. Excellent food and very good treatment. They are all very friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. A highly recommended experience.

Perfect location for a few days of relaxation. All rooms face the ocean. You kind of feel like you’re on a cruise ship balcony. All you see is ocean in front of you. The pool is very nice and so is the restaurant. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Inside the room we got was very modern and clean with a massive bathroom with separate large shower with a rain shower head. You just want to stay in there. Comfortable beds with more pillows than one can ask. It is pricey for sure but you do get that added comfort for it.

The building and rooms were beautiful, but the service (room service and check out) was very poor.

The zone of the spa is great. It has many windows overlooking the sea. You can see the sea birds feeding while you are in the sauna.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one detail, we did not leave the robes in the room and that caused us to slow down to the sauna because we had to go up and wait for them to take her to the room.

My wife was hosted from the Wednesday until the Friday. Wow I've been sitting here for an hour and had to practically beg to get a menu. There are 3 waiters standing there not even acknowledging me. Mind you we're dressed well and not hobos. Other non-color people got their drinks within 15 minutes. Racist much Sheraton.
