A la carte restaurant is Missing at dinner, as only the buffet is enabled and the value (almost $20, 000 adults and $10.500 child), is not to go every day. The Hotel stayed a bit at the must in regards to the amenities. The pool in support, the TV with problems all night, the spa the attention was bad and the breakfast if we the food was tasty the variety is little and there was no staff to give the service. The isolation of the rooms was not very good and you feel what goes on in the hallway and also a bit the noise of the freeway… The Casino as far as the variety of machines and other games was good but the music a bit fome…

Good Place. But The attention day Thursday lousy to take more than half an hour for a drink is a lot. But a day where there is not much public. Bar 360 sucks.

Nice place and close to Santiago. The route is good and the valet service for the car excellent.

The place is wonderful. The indoor pool and especially the uncovered sector is beautiful. At night it's a little cold, but by day it's perfect. It has whirlpools between the gardens (you have to book) very nice. And the spa is big.

Place of recreation 45 minutes from Stgo center of the commune of the Andes with direct entrance from Autopista Los Libertadores very good place.

The only good thing about this Hotel is the spa and the hot tub area, the rest was very poor, the room was clean, the bathroom was not very good, the breakfast buffet with normal variety, in short, this Hotel lacks much to be like the Mont Icello.

As always, exquisite taste throughout. In spite of that there was very little people today the waiters were not very attentive to refil and we had several by raising your hand calling them to the tables. The guy at the grill very friendly, spent. Prepares the meat to taste of the consumer. The rest is all ok.

The hotel facilities are very good. Spacious room, with a great bathtube and nice view. The atention is excellent. We are going to visit this hotel again.

Terrible beds, below average food… we were not able to check in until 4 pm even hotel was empty.

Delicious stay, very spacious and comfortable rooms, super well equipped. The spa has a friendly and dedicated attention, the facilities are very good. I'm not a fan of the casino, so I needed alternative panoramas, some outdoor activity and disco to dance. Restaurants are the only thing of mediocre quality, nothing special, they meet.

Checking took long; room not ready also needed to add an extra room because no extra bed. Facilities are excellent. Breakfast excellent.

Food and drinks are the best! Specially pisco sour.

Very nice hotel, unfortunately I was only there one night so that it does not reach to enjoy it a lot, but I'm going back I'm almost sure! No problems during my short stay.

The amenities and service are first class, the food delicious, the gaming area is small than I anticipated, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom has a lovely bathtub in its center, my only complaint is very early in the morning there were noises of children running the halls on the floor above us, and other noises were easily heard as well… The rooms should have more buffering. I look forward to returning.
