➜ Lousy attention, would not come back again, no worries, cold rooms, bad and cold breakfasts, the staff makes you feel that you bother all the time, slowness, the facilities do not give enough for the amount of people they receive, there is no room service, no courtesy! Terrible first and last time, very bad experience.

Terrible experience, THEY KEPT MY MONEY, I made a reservation from Saturday to Sunday, paying 168.000 I had to request a change and there the problems began, I talked to the owner who is a tremendously ordinary guy, I had to make a complaint to sernac because they did not want to respect the established, they never responded and they STAYED WITH MY MONEY, they vanished! So be very careful because you STAYED WITH MY MONEY! And they never ANSWERED again!
