Worst experience ever in apartment 1303. Should get 0 stars.
I rented apartment 1303 from Antonio and Victor was our contact person. On the first night the hot water stopped working. Victor was apologetic but couldn't do anything about it. On the second night a water pipe burst in the wall flooding the entire apartment (see pictures). My wife and I had to use toweld to stop the water from reaching any electrical outlets and electrocuting us or our kids. Again Victor was apologetic and helped. But this meant we couldn't shower anymore during our stay.
This experience was bad, but the worst was the owner Antonio who never apologised to us and in fact promised us a partial refund which he never sent. Aside from this the apartment was dirty (hairs in the bathtub), the pool was dirty (hairs lying around everywhere on the deck) and the elevators kept breaking down. You'll see many other reviews here with the same problems. Avoid this complex and especially apartment 1303 from Antonio.
