NOI Puma Lodge

Puma Lodge was an absolutely fantastic stay! Although we’d read reviews mentioning staff issues, we experienced only warmth and kindness from everyone we met. The food was a standout — probably the best we had during our entire trip through Chile and Argentina.
There’s a beautiful mountain hike that starts right from the lodge. We highly recommend doing it counterclockwise, as the soft terrain under the trees is tough to climb but much easier to descend.
Many reviews say a 4x4 is required, but we made it in a basic Hyundai sedan by taking it very slowly over the last few kilometers — it's doable with care if the weather is good.
Don’t miss the outdoor hot tub — well worth the extra cost for the incredible mountain views. There’s even a mini golf course, which is simple but a fun bonus (though it could use a bit of maintenance).
We only wish we had stayed longer. This place offers excellent value for the price, and we’d love to return!

I recently stayed at NOI Puma Lodge in the Andes Mountains, and it was an unforgettable experience. One of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever visited, Puma lodge is where luxury meets adventure. If you go for the views — you’ll stay for the people. The reception team—Isadora, Karla, and Cinthya—went above and beyond to make our arrival seamless and welcoming. Their warmth, efficiency, and genuine care set the perfect tone for our getaway. At the bar, Ricardo was a true gem. Always greeted with a smile and ✌️ in the evenings and mixing up drinks that perfectly complemented the cozy, luxurious vibe of the lodge. In the restaurant Evelyn and Emir were as hospitable as can be and made each delicious meal a delight. Last but not least, our adventure guide, Nico, was the highlight of our excursion. His enthusiasm for the Andes was infectious, and his knowledge of the terrain made our trekking and exploration both safe and exhilarating. He made the 4 hour hike a pleasure, we laughed, we learned, we sang Luke Combs 😂 we made a friend. We look forward to another adventure with him soon. Compliments to Victor on this award worthy team and hotel. Final word: Puma Lodge is a stunning blend of luxury and nature, with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities and best in business people. Rent a 4X4 and get to Noi Puma Lodge ASAP 🏔️

Puma Lodge is a beautiful location in the Chilean Mountains, it is very quiet and appropriate for beautiful ealks.

We arrived with SUV as well. I was celebrating my birthday there so it was very kind to receive a bday cake for breakfast. We spend an evening in vapour and spa area, good attendance. Unfortunately during dinner we had something that was contaminated (probably haccp not fulfilled) and spent the whole night in cramps and visiting WC. Noone at the reception during night so my BF left there a letter. Guy at the reception (Benjamin? ) not helpful and competent in the morning, we had to speak to hotel management. The lady who was helping (bringing us tea), unfortunately I can’t remember her name, was from restaurant staff. Lastly we found a good solution (stayed until noon in the room) and left the hotel a disappointed. For that price I’d expect more. Also not so many trekking or hiking routes around, we did the commercial one and for others you probably have to take your car and go a bit of further. Summary: mixed feelings.

We arrived with a SUV car without problem although the road was very bad, especially the last 5 minutes was challenging with a steep uphill. However, you will finally see a hotel with beautiful surroundings.
•The service of the staffs was excellent with big smiles!
•Trekking in Cypress forest was very good with marvelous view points. The guide told me that the horse riding also uses the same route plus going up more crossing the river.
•The massage in Spa was excellent! Since masseuses are well-experienced, they totally took my fatigue away.
•We could see all the stars clearly in the sky.
I had a great experience there.
I can strongly recommend this lodge without doubt!
