The good: The views are beautiful. Food. They were able to accommodate dietary restrictions.
The terrible: Payment. The hotel tried to charge us twice for the stay and could not find our reservation…when we checked out. They did not bring it up at the check-in.
They wanted to “solve” it by charging a “retention fee” for things we already paid for.
We showed them the bank transfer, the proof of payment. Up to this day (a month from a trip), they are still “solving” something, because this international payment is in other language. Well, yes, other countries use other languages. People visit you from other countries. Even at the checkout, I was able to translate it with simple Google Translate and there is a proof of payment.
This sole check-out really made it terrible and unreliable. Never before have I had to spend time proving I paid for the hotel stay. I’ll never deal with this place again.
It was a great 2-night stay for a weekend gateway. The location is stunning, the staff is very friendly and the food is good (and vegan-friendly).
Removing the disposable cups during the excursions would make the whole stay even more eco-friendly!

Very nice location. Great, very knowledgeable guide and very friendly staff. The kitchen (and its chef? ) pulls the experience down. Small menu not changing from day to day and being the same for lunch and dinner. Staying two nights means you need to pretty much each everything what is on the menu. Super inflexible kitchen. The service personell needs to agree every little change with the kitchen. Off menu wishes are handled without passion to make it nice. Breakfast could have more healthy, light options. Fix the kitchen and it is perfect.
