Hotel

Hotel wasn’t great. Door had a large gap and atrium noise boomed around. Bed was worn out, breakfast was really lacking.

Hotel is great but the location is not very walk friendly for food. There are restaurants nearby but not very good ones.

An excellent experience. Great room, clean, nice temperature. You notice the concern for the customers in small details that are appreciated. The service of the restaurant is very good, the dishes have a lot of flavor and dedication.

A wonderful hotel, a privileged view.

Alex on the front desk is super friendly and Mr. Adolfo in the rest. We ran out of the internet for a full day. If you go to work that is not good. Eye is away from everything that is cool if you want tranquility but if you like more action I don't know.

Didnt have peaceful sleep, there was a party in the night in the hotel and was very disturbing.

Nice as expected, good breakfast. Bedroom had ~15 light switches of which I could only figure out the function of about 10.

The most important thing is that there is a person who truly has the interest of improving the details and worry that everything works as expected to give good service to the customer and great attention.

Nice rooms and the venue in general. I have the impression that the people at the reataurant are not well trained for a 4-5 star restaurant hotel. Waiters and the hotel's people are very often serious. If you are in the tourism business the key is to smile and pumper your guests and this is not the case here. Maybe is a chilean thing. Cheers.

We were diverted to Santiago last year (2011) because of the volcano. American Airlines put us up for a night at this designer hotel while we were waiting for the ash to clear the skies over Argentina. In my opinion, this is a stunningly beautiful hotel inside — — the photos on this website do not do justice to either the lobby or the ultra-modern rooms (also need much bigger photos). The hotel, consistent with its name, has a rock theme, so there are slabs of beautiful marble, granite, and various minerals everywhere (this would be where geologists with high design values go when they die — — there is a geology museum like gallery downstairs near the spa). The room decor is very modern (again the photos do not do justice to the room and bathroom design, and the lighting options). The staff were very friendly, and we thought the food was fine. There is an upscale shopping mall with an Apple store just across the street.
