Excellent treatment of the people who work in the Hostel. Regarding the facilities problems in rooms with the non-operation of TV, lack of ignition lights in staircase in hours with lack of natural light, also lack of light in shared showers area, do not have Wi-Fi in room area. And these anomalies in the internal services are not declared before acquiring the room. The intention of this message is to seek to improve the managers of the place.

A Apart hotel good, kind low-cost. With a cost of 30 thousand pesos per night, this business is always full of tourists, national and international. Some apartments are great, others not so much. Good bathroom, excellent value for money convenience in relation to other places (like a motel). The rooms are equipped with flat TV, cable, good view of Santiago, also implementation of kitchen and in some cases heating or air conditioning. I highly recommend it. Negative: sometimes there is no paper or soap in the bathrooms. As well as towels are not provided enough, and shower curtains.

A decent hostel. They had some free hot dogs to eat. There's one power outlet per room, so you may need to share.

Beautifully decorated, convenient to metro, very clean, friendly staff, huge shower heads make for a delightful spa like shower.

It's a great place to stay! Cheap and clean with plenty of fun events and lots of socializing. It seems to be very well run, and the people working there were always happy to help me! I would definitely stay here again.

Good hostel, excellent location opposite metro station. Breakfast is good. We stayed in 6-bed dorm, it was spacious and matress good with a little light above the bed to read as well as a small balcony. Showers were really good with big shower heads! However, make sure you ask what bed you are in, otherwise you\'ll end up jumping from bed to bed or sleeping in a used bed.

Excellent to spend a few days by the center of Santiago, very good, and very comfortable rooms. I'd like to again :).

Andes Hostel has a great location in the Bellas Artes district of Santiago. The rooms+bathrooms were clean and the lobby and roof top were both always full of life. But the reason for this rave review is the staff at Andes. Everyone at the front desk, the cleaning staff and the sales staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Here's the best example — I returned to California after my stay, to find out I had left a very special gift in my room. I emailed Andes of my loss — not really expecting a reply, let alone that the gift would ever turn up. Andes' Booking Manager replied right way, followed up with the cleaning staff and low and behold they found my gift and mailed it back to me. Incredible! Thank you Andes for a wonderful stay and your gracious service even after I left.

Good location fair priced, but there were no aircondition and it was cold.
