The rooms, the lounges, the restaurant, the bar etc. Are all very good but the staff are what makes it all work. The location is also great. A very pleasant place to stay.

The service is excellent. They got all of our luggage as soon as we pulled up in our taxi. Then to check-in we sat down in lovely oversized chairs, and the concierge, Carlos, took the time to explain everything to us. He also spoke excellent English, as well as Spanish. There were 2 king sized beds, a rarity in Chile! The wait staff and bellhops aim to please and serve you. The lobby is decadent, the pool is nicely heated and a good size. Towels and swim caps are available by the pool, free of charge. The hotel bar is lively, and they had a music trio playing live music on a Wed & Thursday evening. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the center which makes it good connectivity. The people who work there are very friendly and always attentive. It is well calefacionado and its halls are ideal for seminars and working days. The kitchen is very good, the food rich and the attention of the valets excellent.

Very nice Historical Hotel with great location, the Metro Station is right in front of the hotel and good restaurants nearby. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. We would stay there again when we are back in Santiago, Chile.

The hotel itself has a fantastic service, the location is in the historic center, it is worth saying that it is crowded on weekdays therefore you have to be careful with things of value, as in every city in the world.

Lousy experience.
Since the arrival. Early morning of March 30th. They get you wrong, book a room with a bed, when you enter the room there were two big beds? This at 2:00 in the morning. They went upstairs to change rooms, we wanted to have a drink and the fridge with key. They had to go up to open it, we were already lying down and had to climb a lady (I asked for it, as there were only men) the other day as at 13: OO. We were lying with my wife knocking on the door to replenish a MANI, I found the most ridiculous to do it at that time, of course I asked him to do in another time, I was not going to go without paying the MAS, is more there was a guarantee that was more than it cost the peanut, I gave two drinks in bar, but as we did not take two juices, horrible of bad, warmly to pure water and in some ordinary vessels.
Do not even inform you that elevator to take to the 10th floor, we were giving boat I think the most fair would be to return the money, but as this type of hotel and many more do not and less answer this email, would not go again and less recommend.

Fantastic hotel, very solid. Obviously caters to western tourists, staff all spoke reasonable English. Food in the bar was excellent.

Fantastic hotel very central for exploring Santiago. Cross the road in front and you're in the middle of the hurly burly but walk behind the hotel and you're in the 1900s. Nothing is too much bother, staff are charming and the reception can organise all the trips around that you need.

This place is very traditional. It is not so modern but it has what it takes 0ara a good rest and relaxation. It is in the center of the city and surrounded by accesses everywhere. Subway to a block. You can go to happy hours if you are not resident or access a series of hairdressing services that today offer as well as pool classes (10x130000)

Lousy care I wanted to take care of me in the SPA but terrible quality of care, which is cared for by a lady named Mary, very little attentive, very rough on meet, really gives you a lot of bad vibes, it was a pity because with my boyfriend we are a long term customer of the services of the Hotel.

I did have issues with spoty to non existent Wi-Fi and tiny shower which was basically on top of toilet. All said, I would happily return and recommend to friends.

Very nice location near palace. Rooms palatial with adequate hot water. Bar area in reception area for meals and food. Larger restaurant for included breakfast, etc. Relatively quiet for downtown. Nice restaurants nearby. Music at night in area bars.

Hotel located in the heart of downtown Santlago with an excellent work team and a great service the maids are very nice and you can feel like family is every moment.

The best restaurant in Chile? What a joke! Worthy of a good canteen to the limit and very far from the French gastronomic standards. Many errors of service: Wine unavailable, no attention, no appetizers or small aperitifs… Customers come in shorts and spend very strong YouTube videos on their mobile. Slow Service and winded. They forgot the desserts… of the great anything.

Pleasant place overall! The location was good and the staff was nice. Rooms were a little small and don't expect to be able to park anywhere near for cheap.

We loved it and on our next visit to Santiago we will definitely choose the Hotel again. It is very elegant, the rooms are spacious, clean, with hydrofoil (in our case), the reception treatment is excellent and the breakfast, without a doubt, the best part. See you soon!

Exceptional service from the staff. Check in was a delight to be sat down in a chesterfield chair and offered a glass of water.
The restaurant not only had amazing service but the food was awesome. The beetroot soup with the duck filled ravioli was amazing. I followed up with the fish that was also fantastic. And the wine? I wanted to buy by the glass because I was dining alone. The waiter brought over the wine trolley and allowed me to sample before I chose. How good is that? I travel a lot for work and it was my last two nights in South America. Clearly the best hotel and best food. The room was quiet and comfortable. Price was reasonable.

Excellent hotel, perfect location.

No A/C in our room when we arrived, they offered to fix it in the morning! We declined and they gave us a smaller room for the same price… thanks. Chaotic lobby, because of the wine exposition they are hosting, but it eliminated the "gratis" breakfast in the morning. Wouldn't rate this a 5 star hotel by any stretch. Otherwise clean and OK but not worth the price.
