Improving the care and the meals the price is not commensurate to the attention, lousy hotel not recommended for nothing.

Good korean restaurant, has free parking at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, divine rooms and good breakfast. Located in a great area.

We will stay for a week with my wife and daughter, and happy to meet Santiago and take advantage when you can from the Hotel Pool, or chance today we found out that the pool was not done the necessary maintenance and that service will not be able to be taken advantage of! A disappointment for my Lady and my Baby, since they usually enjoy a lot wherever we have gone on vacation.
The Hotel is very Nice and the rooms beautiful, but I expected q from the Hotel, let you know that this service, for my essential, is not in a condition and one so decides whether or not to stay, and not to meet this surprise already here when arriving.

Expensive Hotel from my point of view for the service they offer. The breakfast buffet is poor. I had a bad experience with the electricity in the room and were never able to fix it, the last night I better moved from room when I was about to sleep. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean but are expected more for what you pay for.

Hotel with first class facilities, this time my visit went to the VIP event Hall, so I could not review the rooms, but it was noticeable that I was careful to the last centimeter, they gave away sweets and icy water during the Bitcoin seminar I visited That was quite interesting, it is highly recommended as the prices for the level of the facilities are modest 80 the normal and 120 the VIP, for all day from 9am to 22:00, beautiful the place worth visiting.

Very comfortable and clean room. All very tidy and great view to the Waterfront center. The bathroom is spotless and super large with hot water running at 100%. The quality of the Wi-Fi, both in signal and speed is also quite good. The TV is not so modern, I found it a little small for the size of the room and it was not smartTv.

We use it for company meetings. It is necessary that the coordinators have everything planned. To not delay the start of meetings. E. G. Missing extension, adapters, etc.

I arrived on the 30th of June at 00:29. I took the room 415 with my name BLANCA VEGA ARROYO. (Lucero, family name). Stay 8 days. In this span of time, the arrangement of the room was poor; never did change of bed linen, according to the aseadora name Claudia, there was not enough water to wash. It is not enough with such poor service, but the bathroom was desaseado; I had to complain and the Head of Services, answered my complaint on the last day of my stay. I want to add something that for 8 days, there was no service of sauna, pool and gym.

Unfortunately I stayed 3 weeks there (business trip). I changed rooms 4 times but none worked for me. Curtains are completely useless… They cant block even a firefly's light. If you are like me and need a dark room to sleep, stay away from this hotel. Wifi connection was also very poor. Week signals and slow speed (couldnt even connect to my company's VPN).
