Located about 150 meters from the hotel, the apartments are very well equipped and maintained. Breakfast at the hotel. The comments that can be found in the hotel are applicable to the apartments. These add the comfort of various environments and the freedoms that it provides to be in a department: Stove, Microwave, wide pleasures, etc.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. There is cleaning service every day just like in a hotel room. There is a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary utencils. The location is excellent. The metro is one block away, and bus stops 2 blocks away. There are restaurants, cafes, markets and shops all around the hotel. Super convenient. There is fairly amount of noise, though, for it to be in the middle of the busy area of Santiago. So if you can't take any noise, then you might want to consider another location.

It is the best hotel in Santiago in relation to price and quality. Excellent location, bearer of a unique style, good attention, the Buffet is varied very rich with variety of fruits, candies, breads, egg well prepared, cheeses. Breakfast in a cozy, quiet place. The rooms have everything you need for a cosy stay. The staff always worried about helping, solving doubts and problems. They have very well implemented apartments for family group very close to the hotel.

Had lunch in the cafe here. It was nice. The food was good, and the service was fine as well. I sat on the pavement terrance, a nice place spend a little time.

Very good depts! Comfortable, spacious, quiet. Every night you leave 2 bottles of water, which is a very valuable gesture, considering that one at night is always thirsty. There is mini fridge and hornito, all that is needed in a department. Housekeeping happens once a day, accommodating everything as it should. Breakfast is taken at the hotel, which is half a block away, 70metros as much, and is very full and abundant, buffet style with all that one needs to be happy in the morning.

I spent ten days in this small but beautiful hotel. The service provided by management and staff is outstanding. They make you feel at home and they treat you as family. Staff is very friendly, and even when its difficult to get a taxi (like on a Friday end of day) they will perform miracles to help you out. The price is extremely reasonable, and the hotel is located in a central area of Santiago. Highly recommended.

Quite well located in the heart of Providencia, reasonable price, good breakfast and service, subway is near as also the "Oriente" theatre.

It costs like a 4 star Hotel, but it is actually a 3 star. Excellent service, but overpriced. Cons: Small rooms, small bathroom, bad Wi-Fi coverage and old. Pros: Location, service, cleaning.

Conveniently located near some restaurants and just about 2 blocks from a main thoroughfare, the Orly Hotel is a very good bargain for the price, if just a bit higher than what we would normally pay as seasoned travelers. Not overly friendly staff, but a very decent breakfast and sitting areas which are very comfortable and attractive. Also, fruit, coffee and cookies are available all day to those with a sweet tooth or who just plain desire a snack between meals. Buffet breakfast included omelets which were a very pleasant change from the usual lunch meats-rolls types we'd had elsewhere.
