Good and nice. For the snow is highly sought after. Small maintenance details, but it is excellent option in Santiago.

Bad, the attention terrible, the service very bad, restaurant badly attended. The location was very bad. Sound insulation with a terrible exterior. Values totally expensive for the poor quality of the Hotel in general.

Excellent attention. Quiet area to stay and easy to get by Metro to downtown. A few meters from the mall Costanera Center.

The breakfast buffet is good, cleanliness very acceptable, attention friendly but very bad acoustic insulation to be next to Apoquindo Avenue, from the 8th floor you will hear a lot the bustle of vehicles, they have kettle in the room.

Rooms were clean but a little small. Staff were polite but not so friendly. That said, it is a nice hotel in a good location.

Very nice and central location. Personel is kind and helpful. The hotel is not the newest and the heating system consists of a noisy and wind system. Breackfast is good. Recommended as long as you are not looking for something fancy.
