Very good attention. Spacious rooms and with everything you need. Outside it was very cold but the insulation is excellent, did not need to leave the heating on during the night. It is very close to restaurants and the waterfront Center. Super recommend for business or pleasure trip.

Very cute and comfortable hotel. With excellent view of the city from the high floors, we were on the 15 and see the Costanera Center. Kind attention at the reception and housekeeper. Delicious and varied breakfast in the living room with view to the beautiful garden inside. Good price, although not inexpensive. 1 block from metro station. Super recommended.

The hotel is well located, just 3 blocks from the shopping mall Costanera Center, but the management of claims left to be desired, as we did 2 presentations while we were staying and none resolved.

Check-out hassle free.

Spectacular. Very friendly staff, all perfectly clean, very rich meals. The best, the breakfast, is buffet style, American, lots of variety of juices and meals, and it is until 11am the holidays and 1030 on weekdays. Best price-quality ratio.

Well. The tub was not perfectly clean and the bed was not well ordered. The bath tub was small. But overall good, the breakfast buffet is very complete.

The beds are super comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. It's near to a subway that takes you downtown and to the biggest mall, it is very good located. The view to the pool is very beautiful but the pool itself could be better.

Very friendly staff and the service is impeccable… The food is very bad (it is inconceivable that in a place like this do not know to prepare the meat or burn the coffee of grain), eats better in a cart of Sopaipillas.

This weekend friends of Uruguay came to Santiago for a visit. They stayed in the accessible room available at the hotel. The same account with a wealth of details to improve given that the use by a wheelchair user as well defined. A shower extremely small, which drain the water out, a slope of access where it escapes the water to the room and you have to put a towel, a sink, tack on a few angles of regular shelves that bend and make the space under sinks is insufficient, the paper comfort away, the floor of shower unstable. Good details in access door and book in Braille with instructions for blind people. The attention of the staff is excellent, comfortable facilities in general. It should improve the accessibility of the details.

I would like to say that the price is worth the service provided, but everything else, lousy service from reception to information, very high prices and not worth it. From the beginning, the people of reception is poor, the phone will answer when they want to and the cleaning is left to the duty of the rooms.
