Perfect place for a stay in Puerto Natale! Quiet, pretty and very nice.

Los desayunos son espectaculares. The breakfast was amazing. Homemade bread fresh egg. Very good milk and coffee thank you for the detail. Everything is done as you wish. The staff is so good.

Rooms are warm and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Home made bread for breakfast every morning. A 10 minute walk from the bus station or the centre of town. We would stay again.

Great great great hostel! Alvaro is the owner and is a great guy, there's a really good atmosphere and an option to camp outside for a bit lower price. Always warm inside thanks to the staff that keep everything comfy. We stayed there a while and would recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Natales. Breakfast is made by the staff and is realllyyyyy good! The bread is also made by the staff every night for breakfast the next day.

Very welcoming and friendly, always full of people even in low season, the atmosphere is very pleasant and conducive to sharing and talking spontaneously, the boys of the home that are permanent are 7 (greetings for them, are the crack). The bread that they make themselves is excellent. Definitely a place to come and feel comfortable.

Thank you for the best time in chile. The family atmosphere was wonderful. Enjoy the self made bread, self made Marmelade and fresh eggs, coffee and tea. They even get up for you at 4 O clock to serve you breakfast.
Enjoy cooking together and laughing while listening to Chilean music. Perfect clean and warm rooms.
The whole refugio is really a special place.

Hostel is nice, good ambiance, small living room and large communal kitchen. Bread and homemade jam for breakfast.

Expensive compare to the market in Puerto Natales. We had a cold room which was very basic (only a bed and no storage) for 26000clp. The bathroom is bellow expectation (toilette not fix to Te floor and do not flush, sink not fix and the door handle is broken). Breakfast very basic (one eggs each, with homemade bread but a bit old and nothing to be impressed, but the jam was good). I wouldn't recommend this place.
