2018 and there are still carpets. Of course they have spots. There is not a single plug in the entire bedroom or for the cell phone, which has to be plugged into the bathroom. The rooms already look old. It sleeps well but the price is high for the type of product. Good service.

The staff was very easy going and helped us with all the set-up for our presentation.

We went to eat the mushroom soup of the forest. A moderately priced dish, which was a delight, but something changed: either the cook, or the proportions, or the fungi used. The quality went down a lot. The atmosphere is nice, the attention is good but the dinner itself was mediocre.

Very comfortable and clean. Fuy to celebrate my birthday there and I would always do it again. It was all very beautiful. Thank you!

Hotel Solace would be my favorite hotel. The attention is first rate, all the staff are friendly, very polite and willing to help at all times. Impeccable facilities, cute, comfortable, quiet, decor and all the ambiance is tasteful and cozy at the same time.
The breakfast has great variety and is generous as to satisfy various tastes.
The restaurant is very good and I recommend it not only for the guests. It has very good atmosphere as to eat peaceful and relaxed. The rich food, at its point, well presented and again emphasized the attention.
The location is ideal because you can walk to the center and the lake.
I recommend it.

Excellent hotel with small flaws: we can only recommend this hotel in Puerto Varas from our experience.
The junior suite was sufficiently large, the problems affect the box: it is far too small and the height to hang is too low. Each jacket is massively placed on the board (room 218).
The restaurant of the House is also recommended.

Rather small rooms but good service. Heat conditioning and A/C system in the room make up for the constantly changing weather in Puerto Varas. If you can find a good deal on your travlling dates is definitely recommended.
